«Կյանքի ինքնաթիռ» — օգնության ակցիա Արցախի՝ շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող 120 հազար բնակիչներին։
Դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, ուրբաթ ժամը 16։00-ին, Պարոնյան 21/3 հասցեում (Կարմիր խաչի հայկական միություն) հարկավոր է յուրաքանչյուրի ներկայությունը, ով անտարբեր չէ մարդկանց կյանքի հանդեպ։
«Կյանքի ինքնաթիռը» պետք է վայրէջք կատարի Ստեփանակերտում։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում Կարմիր խաչին եւ այլ միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպություններին՝ մարդասիրական օգնություն ցուցաբերել Արցախի բնակչությանը օդային միջանցքով։
Նման պայմաններում, երբ միակ վերգետնյա ուղին փակ է, «օդային միջանցքի» բացումը հումանիտար աղետի կարխարգելման լավագույն այլընտրանքն է։ Ի՞նչ է պատահել։ Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, ժամը 10։30-ին Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներն ու հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները փակել են Արցախը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը ողջ աշխարհի հետ կապող միակ մայրուղին։
Արդեն չորրորդ օրն է՝ Արցախն ադրբեջանական շրջափակման մեջ է։ — 120 000 բնակիչներ կապ չունեն արտաքին աշխարհի հետ։ — Անհնար են սննդի, դեղամիջոցների, վառելիքի եւ, անգամ, մարդասիրական բեռների առաքումները։ — Հանրապետության բնակիչները, որոնցից 30 հազարը երեխաներ են, զրկվել են իրենց տները ձեռուցելու հնարավորությունից՝ գազի մատակարարման խափանման պատճառով։ — Արդեն հիմա մարդիկ մրսում են ( գիշերը հանրապետության տարածքում մինուսային ջերմաստիճան է), դասերը դադարեցվել են, հիվանդանոցներում կարեւոր վիրահատություններն անորոշ ժամանակով հետաձգվել են։ ️
Ստեփանակերտում կա օդանավակայան, որը կարող է ընդունել օգնություն աշխարհի ցանկացած կետից, բայց այս դեպքում հարկավոր է Կարմիր խաչի աջակցությունը, որի առաքելությունն է «պաշտպանել պատերազմի եւ բռնության զոհերի կյանքն ու արժանապատվությունը, օգնության տրամադրումը»։ ️
Ի հեճուկս Ադրբեջանի դիմադրության կամ չկամության, Արցախի 120 հազար բնակիչները, հատկապես 30 հազար երեխաները պետք է համապատասխան օգնություն ստանան։ ️
Մենք կոչ ենք անում ներգրավել կարծիքի առաջնորդների եւ համաշխարհային ԶԼՄ-ների ուշադրությունը, քանի որ միայն լայն բարձրաձայնումը կարող է կանգնեցնել Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիայի ակտը։
