Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ, ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները, ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ համատեղ հայտարարության տեքստ են պատրաստում, մի վերջին հույս ունենալով, որ ԱԺ դավադիր մեծամասնությունն ի վերջո կգիտակցի ազգային շահերը միասնաբար արտահայտելու և դրանց համար կռիվ տալու կարևորությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ, ԱԺ մեծամասնությունը ձախողում է ազգային շահերի շուրջ միասնական ու վճռական հանդես գալու հնարավորությունը` ի ցույց դնելով օտար շահերի ծառայելու իր հանձնառությունը:
 
Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ մեր երկրում վաղուց արդեն չկա հասարակությանն ու հայկական սփյուռքին միավորող, երկրի իրական խնդիրներով զբաղվող իշխանություն:
 
Կան տարտեսակ կոչեր անող անհատներ, կան տարբեր ակցիաներ իրականացնող և լուծումներ առաջարկող ընդդիմադիր ուժեր, կան շախմատի զինվորիկի (пешка) նման այստեղ-այնտեղ շարվող ոստիկաններ, կան անորոշության մեջ ապրող սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներ, կան իրենց սպեցիֆիկ հոգսերով արևմտյան և հյուսիսային շրջաններում ապրող բնակիչներ, կան քեֆ անող երևանցիներ, կան քաղաքային ընտրությունների պատրաստվող և սեփական PR-ով զբացվող իշխանական խմբավորումներ, կան բյուջեի փողերը քամուն տվող և ոչ մի իրական խնդիր չլուծող նախարարություններ, կա փող աշխատող ու պետական բյուջեից սնվող մանր ու միջին բիզնես հանրույթ, կա իր դարդերով տապակվող, շրջափակված ու չհանձնվող Արցախ...
 
Սրան զուգահետ` կան մեր ազգի ու պետության դեմ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով գործող թշնամիներ: Այս ամենը կան, բայց չկա պետական իշխանություն:
 
Փոխարենը` կան իշխանության զավթիչների կաշիները քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունից փրկելու և ընդդիմությանը խանգարելու համար փող ստացող ուժային կառույցներ:
 
Այսքանից հետո, ումի՞ց ենք ինչ պահանջում...
 
Սեփական պրոբլեմների մեջ թաղված Եվրամիությունի՞ց, իր ազգային անվտանգության և ռազմավարական շահերի համար կռիվ տվող Ռուսաստանի՞ց, աշխարհի գլոբալ վերափոխմամբ զբաղված Ամերիկայի՞ց, թե՞ բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերների առաջ կանգնած Իրանից...
 
Հայաստանին նախ և առաջ ԻՇԽԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆ է պետք, և միայն այդ դեպքում տեսանելի կլինեն լուծումները: Այն երկիրը, որը չունի իրական իշխանություն, չի´ կարող լուծել որևէ խնդիր:
