Գիշերում ենք այստեղ շուրջ 20 հոգով՝ մի կարևոր սկզբունքով, որ եթե մեր հայրենակիցներն ու հարազատները մրսում են Արցախում, ապա մենք էլ չպետք է ավելի տաք գիշեր ունենանք։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին պետնախարար, Արցախի նախկին ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։

«Շուրջ հազար քաղաքացի (այդ թվում՝ բազմազան հանրային-քաղաքական գործիչներ) են եկել ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի առջև նստացույցի վայր՝ զորակցություն հայտնելու Արցախին: Իսկ հիմա գիշերում ենք այստեղ շուրջ 20 հոգով՝ մի կարևոր սկզբունքով, որ եթե մեր հայրենակիցներն ու հարազատները մրսում են Արցախում, ապա մենք էլ չպետք է ավելի տաք գիշեր ունենանք: 

Շնորհակալ ենք բոլոր մասնակիցներին ու աջակիցներին:

Շատերն են հարցրել, թե ինչպես կարող են օգնել Արցախին: Հակիրճ թվարկեմ յուրաքանչյուր հայի առաջիկա օրերի հիմնական անելիքներն իմ պատկերացմամբ՝

1. Քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության գործողություններով միջազգային հանրությանը (հատկապես ՄԱԿ-ից, ԵՄ-ից ու հինգ երկրներից՝ ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ, Ֆրանսիա, Մեծ Բրիտանիա և Չինաստան) պահանջել հասցեական հայտարարություններ ու գործնական գործողություններ վերացնելու Արցախի շրջափակումն ու կանխելու նորանոր հանցագործություններ:

2. Սոցցանցերի բոլոր գրառումներում անդրադառնալ Արցախի կարևորությանն ու կարիքներին, ստեղծագործական լուծումներով բոլոր հնարավոր տեղերում խոսել Արցախի մասին՝ թե՛ ներքին և թե՛ արտաքին լսարաններին ուղղված:

3. Պահանջել (ըստ կարիքի՝ նաև աջակցել) պետական պաշտոնյաներին ու հանրային գործիչներին առավելագույն գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել Արցախի համար միջազգային արագ ու արդյունավետ արձագանքման և Արցախի պաշտպանության ապահովման ուղղությամբ:

4. Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցները նույնպես իրենց երկրներում պահանջեն կառավարություններից գործնական քայլեր Ադրբեջանին սանձելու և Արցախին պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ:

5. Իսկ Արցախում գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցները հարկ է ամուր ու վճռական լինեն այս ժամանակավոր զրկանքներին դիմագրավելու հարցում, քանի որ զիջման ու նվաստացման ենթակա Հայրենիք չունենք:

Արցախը եղել է ու միշտ կլինի հայկական», - գրել է նա։
