infoteka24.ru–ն «Հիմնական թիրախը Իրանն է. իրանական լրատվամիջոցների տեսակետը ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զորավարժությունների մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ իրանական վերլուծական լրատվամիջոցները միաբերան համոզված են, որ ադրբեջանա-թուրքական «Եղբայրության բռունցք» զորավարժություններն ուղղված են ոչ թե Հայաստանի, որի հետ Ադրբեջանը երկարամյա հակամարտություն ունի, այլ Իրանի դեմ։ Իրանցի վերլուծաբանների հիմնական մտքերը խմբավորելով՝ կարելի է առանձնացնել հետևյալ հիմնական թեզերը. -Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ընդհանուր կարգախոսները՝ «մեկ ազգ, երկու պետություն» և «միասին կպատասխանենք թշնամիներին», ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանն այլևս հրատապ խնդիր չէ, քանի որ ի վիճակի չէ շարունակել պատերազմը։

Այժմ հիմնական թիրախը Իրանն է։

- Իրանը կարծում է, որ Թուրքիային անհրաժեշտ են ադրբեջանական նավթն ու գազը, մինչդեռ Բաքվին անհրաժեշտ է Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը երկիրը և հասարակությունը ղեկավարելու համար, քանի որ առկա ռեժիմը միայնակ չի կարող հաղթահարել այդ խնդիրը: Բացի այդ, երկու երկրներն ունեն ընդհանուր պանթյուրքիստական նկրտումներ։

-Բաքուն, դառնալով Թել Ավիվի ձեռքին խաղաքարտ, կործանարար ազդեցություն է թողնում իրանա-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի ներհասարակական կյանքի վրա։ Մինչ Երևանի և ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերություններն ընդլայնվում են, Բաքուն բախվել է ԱՄՆ-ի սառը մոտեցմանը և Իսրայելի օգնությամբ փորձում է գրավել ԱՄՆ-ին, որպեսզի առաջ մղի Իսրայելի շահերը Հարավային Կովկասում։

-Ինչ վերաբերում է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցին, ապա իրանական լրատվամիջոցները նշում են, որ վերջին ամիսներին այդ հարցը եղել է Հարավային Կովկասի անվտանգության հիմնական գործոնը, և թվում է, թե Անկարան ու Բաքուն ունեն մի քանի սցենարներ այդ նախագծի իրականացման համար, որոնցից մեկն էլ ռազմականն է։ Այդ դեպքում Իրանը զորք կուղարկի Սյունիք։ Միաժամանակ նշվում է, որ Իրանը մտադիր չէ ռմբակոծել Բաքուն, այլ միայն կկանխի ադրբեջանական ուժերի ներկայությունը հայկական տարածքում։

-ՆԱՏՕ-ի` ի դեմս Թուրքիայի, մասնակցությունը այդ զորավարժություններին, ըստ իրանցի վերլուծաբանների, միայն ապացուցում է տարածաշրջանում ՆԱՏՕ-ի նպատակների վերաբերյալ Թեհրանի գնահատականների ճիշտ լինելը։ -Կա նաև վարկած, որ Ալիևը, երկրում պահպանելով ռազմականացված իրավիճակը, շեղում է հասարակության ուշադրությունը կոռուպցիայից և սոցիալական այլ խնդիրներից։
