Լուրջ մտահոգությամբ եմ հետևում Ադրբեջանի հերթական սադրանքի շուրջ զարգացումներին։ Արդեն երկրորդ օրն է՝ Արցախը փաստացի շրջափակման մեջ է. Հայաստանի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհը փակ է, հանրապետության գազամատակարարումն ամբողջությամբ արգելափակված: Տասնյակ հազարավոր խաղաղ բնակիչներ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ, շրջափակման մեջ են, մյուսները չեն կարողանում տուն վերադառնալ։ Բուժհաստատությունները զրկված են դեղորայք ստանալու հնարավորությունից, դադարեցված են վառելիքի ու սննդի մատակարարումները։ Մոտ 120 հազար մարդ մեկուսացված է, Արցախը կանգնած է հումանիտար աղետի շեմին։

Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը փաստացի կանգնած է ցեղասպանության վտանգի առջև, Ադրբեջանն էլ շարունակում է գործել իրեն հատուկ ահաբեկչության և շանտաժի մեթոդներով՝ կոպտորեն անտեսելով տեղակայված խաղաղապահ ուժերի լիազորությունները։ Այս գործողություններին պետք է համապատասխան գնահատականներ տրվեն։

Հայերն անբաժան են, որտեղ էլ որ լինենք, մենք մեկ ժողովուրդ ենք և միասին կիսում ենք բոլոր ուրախությունները և անցնում փորձությունների միջով։ Ուստի ուզում եմ իմ աջակցությունը հայտնել Արցախի ժողովրդին և Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին։ Թեև Արցախի ճանապարհը երբեք հեշտ չի եղել, իսկ վերջին պատերազմն անհավատալի փորձություն էր արցախցիների համար, հայերը հպարտ են և ուժեղ: Մեր ոգին չի կոտրվել բազմաթիվ հակամարտություններից հետո, չի կոտրվի և այսօր։

Այսօրվա մեր բոլոր ջանքերն ուղղված են հումանիտար ճգնաժամի  հաղթահարմանն ու  մարդկանց օժանդակությանը։ Ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ նախկինի պես, անվտանգության և խաղաղ կյանքի իրավունքի համար պայքարող հայ ժողովրդի կողքին եմ լինելու և շարունակելու եմ անել դրա համար ինձնից կախված ամեն ինչ։
