Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը դեկտեմբերի 13-ին առցանց ձևաչափով հանդիպել է Լիտվայի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Նիդա Գրունսկինեին և քննարկել երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցության հեռանկարները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։
Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի գլխավոր դատախազները անդրադարձել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցերի՝ ուղղված դատախազների բարեվարքության ամրապնդմանը, վերապատրաստումների համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանն ու մի շարք ուղղություններով փորձի փոխանակման կազմակերպմանը:
Գլխավոր դատախազները պայմանավորվել են նաև առաջիկայում ստորագրել Համագործակցության հուշագիր՝ կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ գործերի քննության նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողության արդյունավետության բարձրացման, էլեկտրոնային քրեական վարույթի, Դատախազության կողմից պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հայցի հարուցման և այլ ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ:
Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազը լիտվացի գործընկերոջը տեղեկացրել է նաև Դատախազության «Օրինականություն» գիտագործնական և ուսումնամեթոդական հանդեսի՝ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելու գործընթացի մասին և հրավիրել է Լիտվայի գործընկերներին՝ իրենց գիտական հոդվածները հրապարակել այս հանդեսում:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցող ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղեկալ Անահիտ Մանասյանն ամփոփել է 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին Լիտվայում Նիդա Գրունսկինեի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքներն ու պայմանավորվածությունները և վերահաստատել քննարկված ուղղություներով փոխգործակցությունը խորացնելու պայմանավորվածությունները:
Լիտվայի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Նիդա Գրունսկինեն Հայաստանի դատախազության հետ գործակցությունը խորացնելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել և Դատախազության պատվիրակությանը հրավիրել Լիտվա՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու Մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի էլեկտրոնային կառավարման լիտվական համակարգին:
