Սիրելի բարեկամներ,

Բոլորդ գիտեք, թե ինչ իրավիճակ է հիմա Արցախում, և ինչպիսի վտանգներով է դա հղի։ Թշնամին փորձում է օգտագործել ցանկացած հնարավորություն, ցանկացած զարտուղի՝ Արցախի և Հայաստանի դեմ նոր սադրանքներ հրահրելու և նոր ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու համար, օգտվելով նաև Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների անատամ, պարտվողական վարքագծից, և Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ անձնակազմի անկարողությունից՝ համարժեք արձագանքել առկա մարտահրավերներին։

Այս իրավիճակում, Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը դիմել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին, կոչ անելով նրանց "ձեռնարկել առարկայական եւ գործուն քայլեր` Արցախի Հանրապետության եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջեւ անխափան ցամաքային կապի վերականգման եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության նպատակով:"

Նմանապես, այն դիմել է Հայաստանի եւ Սփյուռքի բոլոր հայրենակիցներին՝ "օգտագործելու բոլոր հնարավորությունները` տարբեր հարթակներում բարձրաձայնելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի մասին, տեր կանգնելու արցախահայության իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու պատրաստ լինելու այդ ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ իրականացնելու"։

Եթե դուք անտարբեր չեք մեր հայրենակիցների ճակատագրի հանդեպ, եթե դուք պատրաստ եք շարունակել պայքարը մեր միասնական հայրենիքի ազատության համար, եթե պատրաստ եք հակազդել նենգ թշնամուն, սկսեք գործել այսօր։ Ձեր բողոքը սկսեք արտահայտել բոլոր հասու միջոցներով, ցույց տվեք գործող իշխանություններին, որ դուք չեք համակերպվել և համաձայն չեք նրանց լռության հետ, և պատրաստ եղեք նաև կազմակերպված կոլեկտիվ քայլերի՝ իրավիճակի զարգացմանը զուգընթաց, դրանց մասին մենք լրացուցիչ տեղյակ կպահենք։ Աստված պահապան մեր ազգին և հայրենիքին։
