Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը քաղպաշտպանության հարցերով հրատապ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարար, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր հրատապ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Քաղպաշտպանության ոլորտում ընդգրկված գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների և պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ:
 
Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարությունում իր ղեկավարությամբ կստեղծվի օպերատիվ շտաբ, որը գործելու է 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ կապող ճանապարհի արգելափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակում աշխատանքների համակարգման նպատակով:
 
Նշելով, որ իրավիճակը բավականին բարդ է, և ըստ էության Արցախը հայտնվել է ադրբեջանական շրջափակման մեջ, պետնախարարը միաժամանակ շեշտել է, որ կառավարությունն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները, ներուժը՝ այն վերահսկելու համար: Ընդգծելով պետական մարմինների առավելագույնս կազմակերպված, համակարգված ու կարգապահ աշխատանքը՝ նա կարևորել է օպերատիվ հաղորդակցության, գերատեսչությունների և վարչական շրջանների միջև արդյունավետ կապի, ինչպես նաև հասարակության պատշաճ իրազեկման ապահովումը:
 
Գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները պետնախարարին զեկուցել են յուրաքանչյուրն իրենց ոլորտում իրավիճակը՝ տեղեկացնելով առկա պաշարների և ռեսուրսների մասին: Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է կատարել գույքագրում և տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել հրատապ խնդիրների մասին:
