Համառությամբ և տոկունությամբ․ Արցախում ապրելու բանաձևը՝ ըստ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի

Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը ստիպում է մեկ անգամ ևս կարդալ օրեր առաջ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ուղերձը։
«Գիտեմ, թե որքան անորոշություն, դառնություն ու ցավ կա արցախցիների սրտում, բայց նաև տեսել եմ նրանց համառությունը սեփական հողի վրա ապրելու համառ ձգտումը, Արցախի հանդեպ սերն ու նվիրումը բառերով չես կարող բացատրել, դա տոկունության և չհանձնվելու ցուցիչ է»,- գրել է պետնախարարը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ նա նշել է, որ, լինելով ուժեղ և համառ մարդիկ, պետք է նաև սովորենք մեր սխալները վեր հանել, չվախենալ դրանք շտկելուց, տեսնել խնդիրները և աշխատենք դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ, ընդգծել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու հավելել, թե իր համար շատ կարևոր է նաև պատերազմների հետևանքով տեղահանված արցախցիների ճակատագիրը և նրանց ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Արցախի կյանքում, որը հնարավոր է միայն կենսական պայմանների առկայության դեպքում՝ ապահովել անվտանգությունը, ստեղծել բարենպաստ պայմաններ, նրանց հայրենիք վերադարձը հնարավորինս արագ կազմակերպելու համար։
Պետնախարարն իր կողմից բավականին լուրջ ջանքեր է գործադրում անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ, ինչն իհարկե արժանանում է թշնամու բուռն հակազդեցությանը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ չափազանց կարևոր է սխալներն ուղղելով ու խնդիրները վեր հանելով կարողանալ փոխել ներկան և երաշխավորել ապագա Արցախի համար։
«Արցախում ապրող շուրջ 30 հազար երեխաներն արժանի են լուսավոր և ապահով ապագա ունենալ, արժանի են վայելել խաղաղություն և չառեսերվել նոր պատերազմի հետ, նրանք արժանի են մեծանալ և ապրել ազատ, անկախ ու ժողովրդավար Արցախում»,- ասել էր Արցախի պետնախարարը։
Ստեղծված իրավիճակում կա ընդամենը մեկ դեղատոմս, թե ինչպես կարելի է ապահովել Արցախի հայկական լինելիությունը։ Իզուր չէ, որ պետնախարարը հայտնել էր, թե պետք է Ադրբեջանի հետ կարողանալ լեզու գտնել, բացատրել՝ կողք կողքի, սակայն առանձին ապրելու բանաձևը, թշնամին, իհարկե, այդ բանաձևին անսալու որևէ մտադրություն չունի, սակայն միահամուռ՝ Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի ջանքերի մեկտեղման գնով հնարավոր է հասնել իրավիճակի հայամետ հանգուցալուծմանը։ Դեռևս ամեն ինչ կորսված չէ։
