«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Տևական ժամանակ է՝ ադրբեջանցիները սադրիչ գործողություններով փորձում են լարել Արցախում տիրող իրավիճակը, բախումներ հրահրել ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ, Արցախում ստեղծել հումանիտար ճգնաժամ։ Երեկ առավոտից ևս մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ «բնապահպանական ակտիվիստների» անվան տակ Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ավտոճանապարհի վրա հերթական սադրանքն էին նախաձեռնել՝ փակ պահելով մայրուղին։ Թշնամական երկրի սադրանքները դատապարտող հայտարարություններով հանդես եկան Արցախի նախագահը, Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահը և Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր խմբակցությունները։

«Փաստ» թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ներկայումս Արցախում բավական անհասկանալի և հակասական իրավիճակ է ստեղծված։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը խուսափում է ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված մի շարք հարցերի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնել։ Մասնավորաբար, օրերս Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ ուժերի հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Անդրեյ Վոլկովը հայտարարել էր, որ ռենտգեն սարքերի տեղադրման հարցում Հարությունյանի հետ համաձայնեցվածություն կա, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց վերջինս հայտնել է, թե այդ հարցն իր հետ համաձայնեցված չի եղել։ Նմանօրինակ մի իրավիճակ է եղել նաև ադրբեջանցիների՝ Արցախի հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերություն այցելելու դեպքում, երբ ռուսները հայտարարել են, որ եղել է համաձայնեցվածություն Արցախի և ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ, որից հետո մարդիկ ճանապարհը փակել էին և արգելել ադրբեջանցիների մուտքը, իսկ Հարությունյանը դարձյալ հերքել էր թեմայի մասին իր տեղեկացվածությունը։

Ըստ էության, Արցախում բավական հակասական կարծիքներ են ձևավորվում, ինչն առաջին հերթին առաջացնում է անորոշություն. նախ և առաջ՝ կա որոշումների ընդունման վճռականության խնդիր, որում Հարությունյանն ակնհայտ երկմտում է: Որոշ տեղեկություններով, այդ հակասական ազդակները գալիս են Երևանից։ Բացի դրանից, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններն ինչ տրամաբանությամբ են ընթանում Արցախում, այս պահին դեռևս անորոշություն է նաև այն առումով, թե ով է հանրապետությունում վերջնական որոշում կայացնողը։
