Առավոտյան մենք տեղեկացրել ենք, որ երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա է ազատվել աշխատանքից։ Ֆորմալ առումով՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, իսկ իրականում, մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ հեռացվել են։ Փոխվարչապետ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանը եւ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը։

Մինչ մենք ավելի օրինական եւ պետականամետ բացատրություններ էինք փնտրում այս հրաժարականներին, օրինակ՝ փոխվարչապետի հեռացումը վերագրում էինք ՔՊ վարչության կեղծված ընտրություններին, որի արդյունքների վերահաշվարկի ժամանակ պարզ դարձավ, որ մոտ 20 ձայն՝ հիգուտ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանի հավելագրվել է։ Իսկ Վահրամ Դումանյանի հեռանալը բացատրում էինք մշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքերի վրա բացված 7 հազարի չափ անցքերով։ Պարզվեց՝ հրաժարականների պատճառն ավելի քան կենցաղային է եւ գալիս է նրանից, որ այս երկու անձնավորությունները չեն կարողացել վարչապետի հրահանգն իրականացնել եւ ամեն գնով Բրյուսովի ռեկտորի պաշտոնին կարգել Լեզվի տեսչության պետ Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանին։ 

Մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խիստ զայրացած է այս փաստից եւ որոշել է պատժել իր հրահանգը չկատարելու համար, որ մյուսներին դաս լինի։ Կարեւոր չէ՝ այդ հրահանգը որքանով է անօրինական է, ինչ միջոցներով պետք է այն իրականացվեր․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է, որ Կարինե Հարությունյանը չպետք է ընտրվի Բյւորսովի ռեկտոր, որովհետեւ ինքն այդպես է ուզում։ 

Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ արդար ընտրություններից եւ ժողովրդավարությունից գիշեր-ցերեկ խոսող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչնչացրել է ընտրություն կոչվող ինստիտուտը՝ Հայաստանում միակ որոշիչ գործոնը իր կամքն է։ Եւ եթե որեւէ համայնքի բնակչություն ինչ որ մեկին ընտրում է համայնքապետ, սակայն նա Փաշինյանի սրտով չէ, ամեն կերպ կխոչընդոտեն այդ անձի համայնքապետ դառնալը՝ անգամ բանտարկելով եւ ֆիզիկապես մեկուսացնելով։ Եթե ինքը ռեկտորի պաշտոնում տեսնում է որեւէ անձի, ապա  նրա չընտրվելը իսկական ողբերգություն է դառնում եւ նա պաշտոնյաներ է ազատում գործից՝ ոչ կադրերի դեֆիցիտը հաշվի առնելով, ոչ տվյալ պաշտոնյայի աշխատանքը, վաստակը։ 

Սա արվում է, որ հետագայում նշանակվող նախարարները, փոխվարչապետերը հլու հնազանդ ծառայեն՝ իր կամքը որպես Բարձրյալի կամք, կատարելով։
