Դեկտեմբերի 19-ից անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության անձնագրային ու վիզաների և օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների հաշվառման բաժիններում կգործի էլեկտրոնային հերթագրման համակարգ։ 

Դեկտեմբերի 19-ից 23-ը էլեկտրոնային հերթագրմանը զուգահեռ գործելու է նաև հերթագրման սարքավորումների միջոցով հերթագրման կտրոններով սպասարկելու ընթացակարգը (50 տոկոս հարաբերակցությամբ), իսկ դեկտեմբերի 26-ից՝ սպասարկումն իրականացվելու է բացառապես էլեկտրոնային հերթագրմամբ։

Հերթագրվել կարելի է առցանց՝ e-request.am հարթակի միջոցով։
Նախ անհրաժեշտ է գրանցվել հարթակում, մուտք գործել համակարգ, սեղմել «Ամրագրել այց» կոճակը, «Հերթագրում» դաշտում ընտրել «Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչություն» պատուհանը, նշել գործողության տեսակը և ամրագրել նախընտրելի օր ու ժամ՝ համապատասխան գործողությունը կատարելու նպատակով անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության տվյալ բաժին ներկայանալու համար։ 
Դիմումատուները հերթագրման նպատակով պետք է լրացնեն միայն իրենց անհատական տվյալները։ Այլ անձանց տվյալներով հերթագրված դիմումատուները չեն սպասարկվելու։ Իսկ օրենքով նախատեսված դեպքերում, որպես ներկայացուցիչ հանդես գալու և մի քանի անձի համար գործողություն կատարելու պարագայում, յուրաքանչյուր դիմումի համար անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ առանձին հերթագրում՝ առվազն 15 րոպե տարբերությամբ (օրինակ՝ ծնողի կողմից մի քանի անչափահաս երեխայի անձնագրավորման դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքում պետք է յուրքանչյուր երեխայի համար կատարվի առանձին հերթագրում)։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ից անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության քաղաքացիության բաժնում ներդրվել և գործում է էլեկտրոնային հերթագրման համակարգ։ Նման եղանակով սպասարկում իրականացնելու արդյունքում կատարված ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ էապես բարելավվել է քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը, վարչությունում առկա չեն կուտակումներ, հերթեր, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչություն այցելում է իր հերթագրման օրը և ժամին, տեղում սպասարկվում, ինչն էլ իր հերթին բացառում է քաղաքացիների՝ հերթում սպասելու և անհարկի ժամանակ կորցնելու հետ կապված դժգոհությունները։ 

Խնդրում ենք պահպանել հերթագրման կարգը՝ ճիշտ և ժամանակին սպասարկում ապահովելու նպատակով։
