«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ-ում իր գործունեությունն է դադարեցնում «Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամի» երևանյան գրասենյակը կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, Սորոսի գրասենյակը։ Ըստ նախնական ժլատ տեղեկությունների, իրականում Սորոսի գրասենյակում տեղի են ունենում ձևաչափային փոփոխություններ, և այս սեգմենտը փորձելու է ավելի շատ տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրվածության նոր մարտավարությամբ հանդես գալ, ինչպես նաև ավելի շատ աշխատել մարզերում, թեպետ ավելի քիչ ֆինանսավորմամբ։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանում գործունեություն ծավալող արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ ՀԿ-ներն ու այդ դաշտում գործող քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներն այս ամենի հետ կապված լուրջ անհանգստություններ ունեն, քանի որ շատերը կարող են փողից «կտրվել». ինչպես ասում են, բոլորին չի հասնի։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, օրերս Երևանից մինի պատվիրակություն է մեկնել ԱՄՆ՝ «հարց լուծելու» ակնկալիքով։

Նրանք այնտեղ փորձել են ներկայացնել ՀՀ-ում գոյություն ունեցող տրամադրությունները, նշել, որ իրենք այսքան «վիզ են դրել» մեծ դժվարությամբ հակառուսական տրամադրություններ արմատավորելու ու արևմտյան քարոզչաթեզերը տարածելու համար, նպաստել են 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությանը, իսկ հիմա փաստորեն կարող են մնալ «խաղից դուրս»։ Նրանք ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանին խնդրել են, որ գոնե մեկ հանդիպում կազմակերպի Պետդեպի որևէ օղակի ներկայացուցչի հետ։
