Ղազախստանի բանկերը ԱՄՆ-ից «Мир» քարտերով գործառելու թույլտվություն են ստացել

ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության օտարերկրյա ակտիվների վերահսկման վարչությունը (OFAC) թույլ է տվել ղազախստանյան բանկերին գործառնություններ կատարել «Мир» քարտերով, նշվել է Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Ֆինանսական շուկայի կարգավորման եւ զարգացման գործակալության հաղորդագրությունում։
2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 8-ին բանկերը նամակ են ստացել օտարերկրյա ակտիվների վերահսկման վարչությունից՝ ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության ստորաբաժանումից, որտեղ ամերիկյան գերատեսչությունը պարզաբանել է, որ չի առարկում «Мир» բանկային քարտերի օգտագործմանը մասնավոր անձանց՝ քաղաքացիների (որոնք Ռուսաստանից եկել են Ղազախստան) կողմից, իրենց կենսագործունեությունն ապահովող գործառնություններ կատարելու համար։
Նամակում նշվել է, որ այդ վճարային համակարգով գործառնությունները մնում են հատուկ վերահսկողության տակ, որպեսզի հակառուսական պատժամիջոցները չշրջանցվեն։
Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունում «Мир» վճարային քարտերից օգտվելու հնարավորությունների մասին պարզաբանումներ տրամադրելու համար Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Ֆինանսական շուկայի կարգավորման եւ զարգացման գործակալությունն իրականացրել է հանդիպում ղազախստանյան բանկերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։
Ղազախստանյան բանկերն, այսպիսով, իրավունք ունեն ընդունելու վճարումներ, կատարելու փոխանցումներ «Мир» քարտերով, ինչպես նաեւ կանխիկ դրամ տալ մասնավոր անձանց բանկոմատներում։
«Мир» համարգին միանալու որոշումը ղազախստանյան բանկերն ընդունում են ինքնուրույն, զարգացման սեփական ռազմավարության եւ ռիսկերի գնահատման ներքին համակարգերի հիման վրա։
