Պադավատապետության դեմ խոսելով՝ պադավատապետություն ու հիմա նաեւ ոստիկանապետություն է կառուցվում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը:

«Մի քանի տարի առաջ ԱԺ ամբիոնի մոտ կանգնած ելույթ ունեցողը կոկորդ էր պատռում՝ սուպերլիդերության, սուպերվարչապետության, պադավատապետության դեմ խոսելով։ Ինչպես միշտ, էմոցիա էր գողանում, բայց ներքուստ լրիվ այլ ձգտումներ ուներ։

Նա նաեւ բողոքում էր, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների կոստյումը կարվում է մեկ մարդու համար։

Անցան ժամանակներ։ Պարզվեց, որ ուրիշի համար կարված կոստյումը շատ է դուր եկել նրան, ու նա որոշել է օգտվել այդ կոստյումից։ Ավելին՝ նա «բեզռազմեռնի» է սարքում այդ կոստյումը եւ փորձում ամեն ինչ տեղավորել իր թեւերի տակ։

Պադավատապետություն քննադատողը հսկայական միջոցներ է ծախսում իրեն սպասարկող ավտոպարկի թարմացման համար։ Սահմանվել է պադավատապետության նոր նշաձող։

Ինչ վերաբերում է սուպերվարչապետության թեմայով ճառերին, ապա սկզբում ասվում էր, որ 3 միլիոն վարչապետ կա եւ ինքն ընդամենը առաջինն է հավասարների մեջ, բայց հետո այդ 3 միլիոնին սարքեցին տուգանքի մատերիալ, թնդանոթի միս, հիվանդանոցի այցելու, բարձր գների տակ կքած սպառող, իսկ մեկ մարդը դարձավ սուպերլիազորություններով վարչապետ։

Եվ այսպես, տեղի է ունեցել հերթական խաբեությունը։ Պադավատապետության դեմ խոսելով՝ պադավատապետություն ու հիմա նաեւ ոստիկանապետություն է կառուցվում։ Կառավարության կառուցվածքի եւ գործունեության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու նախաձեռնությունը հենց այդ մասին է։ Ամեն ինչ մտցվում է մեկ մարդու ազդեցության տակ։ Պետական պահպանության ծառայությունը ԱԱԾ-ից հանելով ու ենթարկեցնելով նրան՝ ցույց է տրվում, թե ինչպես եւ ինչքան է ուզում բոլորից պաշտպանված լինել այդ մեկ մարդը։ Նա վախեր ունի ու պաշտպանվում է ընդդիմախոսներից, հասարակ մարդկանցից, զոհվածների հարազատներից, թիմակիցներից, Ազգային ժողովի դահլիճում նստածներից (խորհրդարանում նրա  գտնվելու պահին դահլիճում պահակախումբը քանակով ձգտում է պատգամավորների քանակին)։ Անգամ Ազգային ժողովի շենքի դարպասներն են զոդել, որպեսզի «ժողվարչապետն» իրեն անվտանգ զգա։ Եվ դա այն դեպքում, երբ «թավշյա» կոչված հեղափոխության գլխավոր ձեռքբերումներից մեկը ներկայացվում էր խորհրդարանի բացված դարպասը։

Մի խոսքով, ժողջանին կրկին խաբում են։ Խոստացել էին ժողովրդավարություն, բայց կառուցում են պադավատապետություն եւ ոստիկանապետություն։ Գլխավոր նպատակ է հռչակված աթոռի պաշտպանությունը։ Իրենք իրենց ավելի՛ հավասար են զգում, քան հպարտ որակված քաղաքացիները։  Այդպես «Նապոլեոնն» էր վարվում «Անասնաֆերմայում», երբ շներով էր շրջապատում իրեն եւ քաղաքականապես հենվում ոչխարների վրա։ Այդպես էր ժողովրդից պաշտպանվում նաեւ «Նահապետը»՝ Մարկեսի գլուխգործոց վեպում։

Թե ինչ եղավ վերջում, այդ գրքերը կարդացողները գիտեն, իսկ չկարդացողները թող կարդան, որ իմանան»,- գրել է նա։
