Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի մշակույթի պալատի ճեմասրահում տեղի ունեցավ «Սյունյաց երկրի» հատուկ համարի շնորհանդեսը:
Պարբերականի հերթական համարը լույս տեսավ ամսագրային տարբերակով՝ նվիրված 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված սյունեցի մարտիկներին: Ըստ ամենայնի հուշամատյան, որ բովանդակում է 44-օրյա պատերազմում ընկած 228 տղաների ապրած ցավալիորեն կարճատև կյանքը, նրանց մարտական ուղին:
Նախ մերօրյա պատերազմի 20-ամյա նահատակ Արտաշես Մարտիրոսյանի անունը կրող դասարանի աշակերտներն անուն առ անուն ներկայացրին քաջարանցի զոհված տղաների կենսագրականները, հանդես եկան ասմունքով, այնուհետև երաժշտական կատարումներով հանդես եկան մշակույթի պալատի աշխատակիցները:
Ոգեկոչման խոսք ասաց Քաջարան խոշորացված համայնքի հոգևոր հովիվ տեր Շիրակ քահանա Խանոյանը. «Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում «Սյունյաց երկրի» խմբագրակազմին, որ կարողացավ ևս մեկ անգամ վեր հանել, հանրության համար տեսանելի դարձնել այն բոլոր արժեքները, որ իրենց մեջ կրում էին մեր նահատակ եղբայրներն ու հայրերը: Այսօր մեզանում շատ-շատ արժեքներ կան, որ մոռացության են մատնվում, պատմության գիրկն անցնում: Մեր զավակների, հայրերի կյանքը պիտի վեր հանենք, փայլեցնենք, որ նրանք շողան, տեսանելի դառնան ամենքի համար»:
Սրտի խոսք ասաց նահատակ Արթուր Գրիգորյանի մայրը՝ Արշալույս Մաթևոսյանը: Որդեկորույս մայրը նշեց. ««Սյունյաց երկրի» նախաձեռնությունը ողջունելի է, երախտապարտ եմ՝ մեր զավակներին չմոռանալու համար, մեր երեխաները, թոռները պիտի կարդան, որ տեղյակ լինեն իրենց հայրերի, պապերի սխրանքներին: Իսկ ընդհանրապես ուս-ուսի տանք, որ այս փորձությունների միջից հաղթանակած դուրս գանք, բաց ճակատով»:
