ԱԺ-ում Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը անդրադարձել է Ալիևի օգնականի կողմից արցախահայության իրավունքների մասին իր հայտարարության մեկնաբանությանը, որտեղ Հաջիևը պնդում էր, թե «Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը»:
«Երբեմն թվում է, թե կան բաներ, որոնք հնարավոր չէ հերքել, որովհետև բազմաթիվ փաստական տվյալներ կան։ Սենյակում, որտեղ ընթացել են բանակցությունները, միայն հայկական կողմը չի եղել, ամերիկյան կողմն էլ է եղել և դրա մասին կա արձանագրություն, ինչի մասին տեղյակ է ադրբեջանական կողմը։ Ես զարմանում եմ, որ հերքվում են փաստված բաները։ Բնականաբար, մենք շարունակելու ենք աշխատել, որպեսզի հասկանանաք՝ որն է այն մեխանիզմը, որի շրջանակներում պայմաններ ենք ստեղծելու, որպեսզի ԼՂ-ի և Ադրբեջանի միջև քննարկում տեղի ունենա ԼՂ –ում ապրող հայերի անվտանգության և իրավունքների վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ այս ուղղությամբ գործընկերների կողմից հետաքրքրություն են տեսել՝ աշխատանքները շարունակելու հետ կապված։
Գրիգորյանը անդրադարձավ այն հարցն, թե ինչու է հայկական կողմը համաձայնվել, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի և ԼՂ հայերի իրավունքների ու անվտանգության հարցերը մնան տարանջատված։
«Երբ Վաշինգտոնում հստակություն է ստեղծվել միջազգային մեխանիզմի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ, մենք հավանություն ենք տվել այն հարցին, որ հարցերը տարանջատվեն, բայց երբ դեռ հստակություն չկա այդ միջազգային մեխանիզմի վերաբերյալ, դա դժվարացնում է առաջ գնալու գործընթացը։ Առաջ գնալուն չի օգնում նաև Ադրբեջանի այն մոտեցումը, որ ԼՂ հարցը լուծված է։ Կշարունակենք աշխատել և կփորձեք տեսնել՝ ինչքանով է հնարավոր տարանջատել այդ հարցերը»,- ասաց Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
