Չինաստանն ուզում է կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում կայունացնել հարաբերությունները Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ, քանի որ նա բախվում է ներքին տնտեսական խնդիրների, հինգշաբթի հայտարարել է Հնդկա-Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան հարցերով Սպիտակ տան համակարգող Կուրտ Քեմփբելը, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ առկա խնդիրները, զուգորդված այն փաստի հետ, որ Չինաստանը դժգոհություն է առաջացրել իր հարեւաններից շատերի մոտ, նշանակում է, որ նա շահագրգռված է «կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում» Վաշինգտոնի հետ ավելի կանխատեսելի կապերով: «Նրանք միաժամանակ մարտահրավեր են նետել բազմաթիվ երկրների»,- ասել է Քեմփբելը Վաշինգտոնում Ասպենի անվտանգության ֆորումում՝ նկատի ունենալով Ճապոնիայի եւ Հնդկաստանի հետ Չինաստանի տարաձայնությունները: «Կարծում եմ՝ նրանք ընդունում են, որ շատ առումներով դա տհաճ հետեւանքներ է ունեցել»:

«Այս ամենը խոսում է այն մասին, որ վերջին բանը, որն այժմ անհրաժեշտ է չինացիներին, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ բացահայտ թշնամական հարաբերություններն են: Նրանք ցանկանում են որոշակի աստիճանի կանխատեսելիություն եւ կայունություն, եւ մենք նույնպես ցանկանում ենք դա»,- ասել է Քեմփբելը:

Քեմփբելի խոսքով՝ առաջիկա մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում աշխարհը կտեսնի «մեծ տերությունների դիվանագիտության ամենագործնական եւ կանխատեսելի տարրերից որոշների թարմացումը»: «Կարծում եմ՝ մենք կտեսնենք որոշ զարգացումներ, որոնք հուսադրող կլինեն ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար»,- ասել է նա՝ չմանրամասնելով իր խոսքերը։

Նա նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի պատերազմը հանգեցրել է կուլիսների հետեւում քննարկումների Հնդկա-Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանում՝ Թայվանում խաղաղության եւ կայունության պահպանման շուրջ։
