Ինքնասպանության փորձ՝ ընտանեկան բռնության հետևանքով․ մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել 25-ամյա կնոջ ամուսնուն և վերջինիս մորը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 25-ամյա բնակչուհուն ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:
ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ 2022թ․ նոյեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 162-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված վարույթի քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 25-ամյա կինը շուրջ երեք տարի փաստացի ամուսնական կապի մեջ է գտնվել Սևան քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակչի հետ: Վերջինս համատեղ կյանքի ընթացքում կնոջ արժանապատվության և հոգեկան վիճակի նկատմամբ ցինիկ վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով, պարբերաբար ծեծի է ենթարկել նրան, նրա և մերձավորների հասցեին հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել:
2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ին 27-ամյա տղամարդը հերթական անգամ հարվածել է կնոջը, վիրավորել նրա արժանապատվությունը, սպառնացել: Տղամարդու կողմից պարբերաբար դրսևորած դաժան և արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքից դրդված, գտնվելով հոգեկան ծանր ապրումների մեջ, անկարող լինելով տանել առկա վիճակը, հետագայում նորից իր նկատմամբ ամուսնու կողմից նման վերաբերմունքից ազատվելու համար, հաշվի չառնելով նույնիսկ իր խնամքին գտնվող մանկահասակ երեխային, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, 25-ամյա կինը գնացել է Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 62-րդ կմ հատված և ինքնասպանություն գործելու նպատակով այնտեղ կառուցված հետիոտնային վերգետնյա անցումից իրեն ցած է նետել և ստացել մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռնարկված նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ 27-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից 25-ամյա կնոջը պարբերաբար ծեծի ենթարկելու, վերջինիս մերձավորների հասցեին սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելու ժամանակ, գիտակցելով, որ որդու գործողությունները ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան տառապանք են պատճառում 25-ամյա կնոջը, որդուն սաստելու փոխարեն, մայրը նորմալ է ընդունել այդ հանգամանքը՝ ողջունելով որդու կողմից բռնության գործադրումը, այդպիսով դրսևորել դաժան և արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունք:
Հարուցված հանրային քրեական հետապնդման հիման վրա՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից 27-ամյա տղամարդուն և նրա մորը մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 162-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարքի հատկանիշներով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չբացակայելու արգելքը:
