Երբ 1 ամիս առաջ Ադրբեջանը քարոզչական արշավ սկսեց Հայաստանն Արցախի հետ կապող երթուղով ականների, զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխման կեղծ օրակարգով, դրան հետևեց այդ ճանապարհով երթևեկող բեռնատարների համար ռենգեն/սկանի տեղակայման քննարկումը, որի վրա մուտք է ունենալու նաև Ադրբեջանը։Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
Երբ 2 շաբաթ առաջ տեղեկատվական տարափ սկսվեց Արցախի ընդերքում տեղի ունեցող «խախտումների» մասին, Ադրբեջանը ուժեղացրեց ճնշումը Արցախում այդ ոլորտը մոնիթորինգի և վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելու հարցը, իսկ ավելի ուշ, 2 անգամ, դրանց բնապահպանության նախարարության պաշտոնյաները իրենց պահանջներն Արցախում քննարկեցին ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության հրամանատարության հետ։
Ներկայումս Ադրբեջանը քարոզչական խայծեր է շրջանառում այն մասին, թե իբր երկու՝ 13 և 14 հոգանոց իրանական դիվերսիոն խմբեր են «Լաչինի միջանցքով» մուտք գործել Արցախի տարածք և պատրաստվում են Ադրբեջանի դեմ գործողություններ իրականացնել։
Թե այս ապատեղեկատվության տարափին ինչ կհետևի, դեռ դժվար է միանշանակ ասել, սակայն այն, որ Ադրբեջանը Արցախի դեմ համակարգային սադրանքների պլան է գործի դրել, արդեն ակնհայտ է։
Հայաստանի իշխանության միակ «պաշտպանական» արձագանքն այն է, որ Արցախը ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտին է, դրա մեղավորը ռուսներն են և իրենք ստեղծված իրավիճակին միայն «ցավով հետևելու» գործառույթ ունեն։
Այն, որ ադրբեջանական պլանավորած «ականները» պայթում են ռուսական թույլ հակազդեցության պայմաններում, դա նկատելի է, բայց այն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը կողքից «թամաշա» անելու գործելակերպ է ընտրել, դա ուղղակի թշնամություն է սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։
