Շվեյցարիայի ՆԳՆ ղեկավար Ալեն Բերսեն ընտրվել է երկրի՝ 2023 թ.-ի նախագահ

Շվեյցարիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Ալեն Բերսեն, որը ներկայացնում Է Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը, ընտրվել Է երկրի՝ 2023 թվականի նախագահ: Ընտրությունները կայացել են դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Դաշնային ժողովի (խորհրդարանի) երկու պալատների համատեղ նիստում: Քվեարկության ընթացքը լուսաբանել Է խորհրդարանի առցանց մամուլի ծառայությունը, տեղեկացնում է ТАСС գործակալությանը:
Բերսեն նախագահական լիազորությունները կկատարի 12 ամսվա ընթացքում՝ իր նախարարական պարտականությունների հետ միաժամանակ: Նա պաշտոնը կստանձնի 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին:
Դաշնային խորհրդի անդամները նախագահական գործառույթներն օրացուցային տարվա ընթացքում կատարում են հերթով՝ ռոտացիայի հիման վրա: Սովորաբար 12 ամսով նախագահ Է դառնում այն նախարարը, որը մինչ այդ մեկ տարի եղել Է փոխնախագահ:
Բերսեն, որը 2022 թվականին զբաղեցրել Է փոխնախագահի պաշտոնը, 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից նախագահի պաշտոնում իր գործընկեր, արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ինյացիո Կասիսին:
Բերսեն ծնվել Է 1972 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ին Շվեյցարիայի արևմտյան Ֆիրբուրգի կանտոնում: Նա ունի տնտեսագիտության դոկտորի և քաղաքագիտության մագիստրոսի աստիճան: Կառավարությունում աշխատում Է 2012 թվականից՝ գլխավորելով ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը (դաշնային դեպատամենտը), որի տնօրինության տակ են գտնվում, մասնավորապես, սոցիալական ապահովությունը, առողջապահությունը և մշակույթը: 2018 թվականին Բերսեն արդեն աշխատել Է նախագահի պաշտոնում:
Փաստորեն, նա այդ պաշտոնի համար նորից ընտրվել է իր քաղաքական կենսագրության ընթացքում երկրորդ անգամ: Շվեյցարիայում նախագահը ո՛չ պետության ղեկավարն Է, ո՛չ կառավարության ղեկավարը: Պետության կոլեկտիվ ղեկավարի գործառույթները կատարում Է Դաշնային խորհուրդը:
Լինելով «առաջինը հավասարների մեջ»՝ նա նախագահում Է կառավարության նիստերում, ընդունում Է այցերով Շվեյցարիա ժամանող օտարերկյա պետությունների ղեկավարներին, համակարգում Է կանտոնների հետ հարաբերությունները: Սակայն այդ պաշտոնը ձևական համարել չի կարելի. կառավարության նիստում ձայների հավասարության դեպքում նախագահի կարծիքը դառնում Է վճռական:
