Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ներքո գործող haqqin.az լրատվական կայքը հրապարակել է բավականին հնչեղ վերնագիր ունեցող մի հոդված․ «Ուղերձ Թեհրանի վարչակարգին․ Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի բանակները պատրաստ են հատելու Արաքսը»։ Ադրբեջանա-իրանական հարաբերությունների ներկա լարման փուլում սա կարելի է դիտարկել որպես Բաքվի հերթական քարոզչական «գրոհը», որի «մեսիջի» առաջնային հասցեատերը, իհարկե, իրանական գործող իշխանություններն են, սակայն այն նաեւ այլ հասցեատերեր էլ ունի։

Հոդվածում հիմնականում այն թեզն է առաջ մղվում, որ իրանական սահմանի մոտ թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունները պատահական չեն եւ պատասխանն են իրանական կողմի՝ ավելի վաղ արված զորավարժություններին։ Բաքվում, դատելով հոդվածից, կարծես թե ճիշտ են հասկացել, որ իրանական կողմը երբ Արաքսի գետանցման դրվագով զորավարժություններ էր անցկացնում, նպատակ ուներ ադրբեջանական հասարակության վրա հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրելու։ Ու որքան էլ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցը փորձի գույները մեղմացնել, թե իրականում Արաքսի վտակներից մեկի վրա է գետանցման մանեւրը կատարվել, քանի որ մայր գետի հունի վրա եթե նման բան արվեր, հակառակ ափին ադրբեջանական զինուժը, «Նագոր» մարտական իսրայելական ԱԹՍ-ներով համալրված, պատրաստ էր կոշտ պատասխանի եւ այլն, պարզ է, որ ճնշումը ստացվել է, եւ իրանական կողմը հասել է իր ուզածին։

Ու հիմա այժմյան ադրբեջանա-թուրքական համատեղ զորավարժությունները կարծես թե այդ ճնշումը թոթափելու եւ հասարակության մեջ 44-օրյայից հետո առկա էյֆորիկ-հաղթական տրամադրությունները պահպանելու նպատակ ունեն։ Խոսակցական լեզվով ասած՝ Անկարային Իրանի վրա «տղա բերելով»՝ Բաքուն փորձում է, ըստ էության, սեփական վախերը քողարկել։ Նույնիսկ երբ հոդվածում ասվում է, որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժություններով հստակ «մեսիջ» է հղվում Իրանին` նախազգուշացնելով, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ ուժի լեզվով խոսել չի կարող, եւ դա իսլամական հանրապետության համար կարող է ճակատագրական-դրամատիկ հետեւանքներ ունենալ եւ այլն, հենց սեփական վախերի չհաջողված քողարկմամբ ինքնախոստովանություն է։

Թուրքիան, իհարկե, ավելի «սառը գլխով» կմտածի, եթե իրավիճակն այդքան թեժանա, նախքան Իրանի հետ ուղիղ առճակատման մեջ մտնելը։ Ի վերջո, դեռ ոչ ոք չգիտի՝ Իրանն արդյոք դեռ նո՞ր է պատրաստվում միջուկային զենք ստեղծել, թե՞ արդեն ունի։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունները կամ հայտարարությունները մի բան են, իրականությունը հնարավոր է, որ լինի լրիվ այլ՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե վերջին շրջանում որքան են սերտացել ռուս-իրանական հարաբերությունները։ 
Մյուս կողմից էլ, քանի որ իրանա-ադրբեջանական ներկա լարվածության մեջ Հայաստանի անունն է բավականին ակտիվ շոշափվում, Երեւանը պետք է հնարավորինս զգոն լինի, որպեսզի հանկարծ չսխալվի եւ հատկապես ճակատագրական հետեւանքների հանգեցնող սխալ չանի։
