Կովկասյան մանր կճղակավորների առաջնորդ Ի.Ալիևը ելույթ ունենալով "Caspian Oil and Gas 2015" միջազգային ցուցահանդես-կոնֆերանսում,որն արդեն երկու տասնամյակից ավել անցկացվում է Բաքվում,մի քանի ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել...Ազեր-կոյունլուների երկիրը և ԻՐ գործունեությունը ԳՈՎԱԶԴԵԼՈՒՑ հետո,Ի.Ալիևը հայտարարել է,որ գազի և նավթի պաշարների օգտագործման և արտահանման շնորհիվ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը վերջին տասը տարիներին աճել է 300%-ով...Սակայն հետո,ինքն իրեն հակասելով ասել է,որ ՀԻՄԱ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության մեջ ՆԱՎԹԻ գործոնը կազմում է ընդամենը 30 %..."Հիմա մենք քիչ ենք ԿԱԽՎԱԾ նավթի ԳՈՐԾՈՆԻՑ",-շարունակել է Ալիևը՝իր ԵՐԱԶԱՆՔԸ մատուցելով որպես իրականություն...Ի.Ալիևի "մեջբերումները" բացարձակ չեն համապատասխանում ազերի և միջազգային տնտեսագետների տվյալներին...Ըստ նրանց՝ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունում նավթաԳԱԶԱՅԻՆ գործոնը ունի որոշիչ դեր.Ադրբեջանի արտահանումների 80%-90% բաժին է հասնում նավթի և գազի հետ "կապված" ապրանքներին...Ի.Ալիևն այս կոնֆերանսի մասնակիցներին համոզում է,որ նավթի գնանկումը ՄԵԾ վնաս չի հասցրել Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությանը՝մոռանալով այն մասին,որ ՀԵՆՑ այդ գնանկման հետևանքով ալամ աշխարհի ամենակայուն դրամամիջոց՝կոյունլույական մանաթը այս տարվա փետրվարին արժեզրկվեց մոտ 35 %-ով,որը մեծ հարված էր երկրի բնակչության համար...Ի.Ալիևը մոռանում է,որ իր "կապրիզները" բավարարելու և երկրի արագ նվազող դոլլարային պաշարները լրացնելու համար սկսել է "կուլակաթափ" անել օլիգարխներին՝ընդօրինակելով Մ.Սաակաշվիլիի քաղաքականությունը,որը վերջինս վարում էր Վրաստանում 2004 թ...Միայն վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալվել է մոտ 30 խոշոր գործարար,որոնց տարբեր մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացված...Ի.Ալիևը նաև չի բացատրում,թե ինչու ՀԱՐՈՒՍՏ ԱԴԲԵՋԱՆԻՑ մարդիկ գնում են "խոպան"..Միայն ՌԴ-ում աշխատում են 3-3,5 միլիոն Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի,որոնք մեծ մասամբ "օկուպացրել" են խոշոր քաղաքների շուկաները...Ի.Ալիևի նաև մոռացության է մատնել նաև մի քանի խոշոր գործարանների սնանկացման և դրանց փակման գործոնի բացասական ազդեցությունը,քանի որ մեծ թվով գործազուրկների թվի ավելացումը չի բխում Ի.Ալիևի շահերից...

Հ.Գ.Ադրբեջանի սուլթանիկը, վախեցնելով ակ և կարա կոյունլուներին հայկական "վտանգով", հասել է նրան,որ ոչ միայն իշխանությունն է երկրում ուզուրպացիայի ենթարկել,այլև՝ նավթի և գազի վաճառքից ստացվող օգուտի ՄԵԾ ՄԱՍԸ...Իսկ երբ նավթի գները միջազգային շուկայում անկում ապրեցին,ապա դրա հետևանքները զգաց միայն ազերի հասարակությունը,բայց ՈՉ Ալիև-Փաշաև ընտանեկան տանդեմը,որը վերահսկում է երկիրը...Ի.Ալիևը նավթն ու գազը "օգտագործում" է Բաքուն գեղեցկացնելու,բայց ոչ Բաքվի կողմից սանձազերծված հայերի դեմ պատերազմի հետևանքով ԱՆՕԹԵՎԱՆ մնացած քաղաքացիներին տանիքով ապահովելու համար,որոնց Հեյդար և Իլհամ Ալիևները պահում են հատուկ կառուցված ՀԱՄԱԿԵՆՏՐՈՆԱՑՄԱՆ ՃԱՄԲԱՐՆԵՐՈՒՄ՝օտարերկրյա հյուրերին ցուցադրելու համար...

Կան երկրներ,որոնց բնակչության համար ՆԱՎԹԸ և ԳԱԶԸ դարձան բարեկեցության և զարգացման միջոց...Օրինակ՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիան,Միացյալ Արաբական Էմիրությունները,Սաուդյան Արաբիան,Քաթարը,Քուվեյթը,Նորվեգիան,ԱՄՆ-ն և այլն...Սակայն Սուդանի,Նիգերիայի,Անգոլայի և մի քանի այլ երկրների բնակչության համար այն դարձավ պատուհաս...Այդպիսի պատուհաս է նավթը նաև ազերիների համար,որից մեծ մասամբ օգտվում են Ալիևները և նրանց "շրջապատը"...Հասարակ քաղաքացիները ինչպես "խոպանով" ապրել են,այնպես էլ ապրում են...
