Ստեփանակերտում մեկնարկել են Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարին կից բարեգործական խորհրդի 6-րդ նիստի աշխատանքները

Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին, Արցախի պետական համալսարանում տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարին կից բարեգործական խորհրդի 6-րդ նիստի բացումը:
«Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ ԱՀ պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն իր խոսքում կարևորել է Արցախի ապագայի ու զարգացման համար կատարված աշխատանքն ու իրականացվող քայլերը:
«Արցախի ապագան, անվտանգությունը և հաջողությունը ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլ ամբողջ հայ ազգի խնդիրն է: Հաջողության հնարավոր է հասնել տարբեր գաղափարներ, կարծիքներ միմյանց հետ քննարկելով: Մեր առաջիկա նպատակներից են Արցախի անվտանգության խնդրի լուծումը և սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրեր իրականացնելը, որպեսզի եկող սերունդները հնարավորություն ունենան հայրենիքում կրթություն ստանալու և զարգանալու»,-ասել է նա:
Հայ Բարեգործական Ընդհանուր Միության Հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի նախագահ Հովսեփ Բաբայանի խոսքով՝ 2020 թվականի ատերազմից հետո իրականացված մարդասիրական բավականին խոշոր ծրագրեր են իրականացվել, որոնք շարունակական բնույթ են կրելու: «Հիմնական նպատակը Արցախի ժողովրդին ցույց տալն է, որ կարող են այստեղ ապրել և բարեկեցիկ կյանք ունենալ: Քննարկումների ընթացքում կփորձենք հասկանալ Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության առաջնահերթությունները և համապատասխանեցնել ծրագրերը»,-նշել է Հ. Բաբայանը:
«ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստան»-ի հետազոտող Հովսեփ Բաբայանը համառոտ անդրադարձել է Արցախի զարգացման հնարավոր ուղղություններին՝ «Հայ Բարեգործական Ընդհանուր Միության» կողմից իրականացված հետազոտության արդյունքներով մշակված կլաստերային ծրագրերի ներկայացմամբ:
Այդ համատեքստում, ըստ բանախոսի, ընդգրկված են սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրեր՝ այդ թվում ագրոբիզնես, աշխատուժի զարգացում և աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում, առողջապահության, մշակույթի և կրթության զարգացում:
Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարին կից բարեգործական խորհրդի 6-րդ նիստի բացմանը հարջորդել են պոտենցիալ դոնոր բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների հետ ընդհանուր և մասնախմբային քննարկումները, որոնք կշարունակվեն և կամփոփվեն դեկտեմբերի 6-ին:
