«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մեծ հաշվով, այնպես չէ, որ մեզ աջակցող չկա, հարցն այն է, որ աջակցություն ստացող չկա: Այս կարծիքին է «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Միքայել յանը: «Կան երկրներ, որոնց դուր չի գալիս թուրքական ագրեսիվությունը, և շատերը հասկանում են, որ դա նաև իրենց դեմ է ուղղված: Ցանկության դեպքում ուժեղ կոալիցիա կարելի է ստեղծել, ուղղակի դրանով պետք է զբաղվել»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է քաղաքագետն ու հավելում, որ եթե Հայաստանը որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկում, աշխարհում պատահականորեն պրոհայկական փոփոխություններ չեն կարող տեղի ունենալ:
«Ըստ այդմ, եթե Հայաստանում իշխանությունը չփոխվեց, բանակցային գործընթացում որևէ դրական ակնկալիք չպետք է ունենանք: Երբ սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից հերթական գրեթե պատերազմը սանձազերծվեց, ՀՀ իշխանությունները միանգամից դա օգտագործեցին ՌԴ-ի դեմ: Խոսվեց այն մասին, որ ՀՀ-ն պետք է դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից ու արևմտյան միջնորդությամբ ստորագրի «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը», ինչը կնշանակի աշխարհաքաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխություն: Այստեղ հայկական շահն ընդհանրապես ներկայացված չէր, և կրկին ՌԴ-Արևմուտք պայքարի մասին էր:
Հայաստանը պայքարի դաշտ է դառնում, և ՀՀ ներկայիս իշխանությունները ոչ միայն դեմ չեն նշվածին, այլև հենց իրենք են նախաձեռնողը»,-ասաց Միքայել յանը: Նրա կարծիքով, խնդրի լուծման հիմքը միայն ճիշտ դիվանագիտությունը, բանակի վերաա րդիականացումը կլինի. «Իսկ այսօրվա մանր-մունր բարեփոխումները նշանակում են, որ իշխանությունները սպասում են, թե երբ է Ադրբեջանն իր օրակարգն իրականացնելու»:
