Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հանգստյան օրերին Արցախում տեղի ունեցան սադրիչ իրադարձություններ, որոնք հերթական անգամ եկան ապացուցելու, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահները ոչ հիմա, ոչ էլ առավել ևս ապագայում, չեն կարող լինել անվտանգության լիարժեք երաշխիք ոչ Արցախի, և ոչ էլ բնականաբար Հայաստանի համար։

 
Մեր անվտանգության երաշխիքը սեփական հզոր բանակն է, ողջ անվտանգային համակարգի վերականգնումն ու հզորացումն է, օրնիբուն, քրտնաջան աշխատանքով, մեր երկրի բոլոր հատվածներում, և բոլոր մակարդակներով։ Դրանով ենք մենք զբաղվում "Արար" հիմնադրամով վերջին տարիներին, և այդ նպատակի շուրջ ենք մենք բազմապատկել մեր ջանքերը 44-օրյա աղետալի պատերազմից հետո։
 
Դրա մասին է Մեդիամաքս գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում խոսում իմ լավ ընկեր և երկար տարիների գործընկեր Դավիթ Փախչանյանը, որ նախկինում գլխավորելով ՀՀ Ռազմարդյունաբերական Կոմիտեն, իսկ հիմա էլ հանդիսանալով "Արար" հիմնադրամի Խորհրդի նախագահ, բանակի արդիականացման ոլորտում մեր երկրի լավագույն մասնագետներից է, և որի հետ միասին վերջին տարիներին մենք մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ ենք իրականացրել՝ հաղթահարելու պատերազմի հասցրած կորուստները, խորապես յուրացնելու նրա դասերը, և պատրաստվելու մեր ապագա հաղթանակներին։
