Ադրբեջանն ապացուցում է, որ Արցախը և արցախցիները չեն կարող խաղաղ գոյատևել Ադրբեջանի կազմում

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի անվան հետ կապվող «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը տարածել է հայտարարություն, որտեղ ասված է.
«Հայաստան-Արցախ ճանապարհը Ադրբեջանի կողմից փակելը հերթական սադրանքն է ուղղված Արցախում ապրող խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ։ Այս ամենը ունի մեկ նպատակ՝ շրջափակելով Արցախը՝ թույլ չտալ Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին անվտանգ ապրել իրենց հայրենիքում:
Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը պարզ և հստակ ի ցույց է դրել իր նպատակը՝ հայաթափել Արցախը և դրանով իսկ «փակել Արցախի» հարցը:
Ադրբեջանի վարած հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը և շարունակական ագրեսիան, ուժի ու ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառումը գալիս են փաստելու, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չի հարգում իր իսկ ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունները, ստորագրած հրադադարի մասին հայտարարությունը, այլև անտեսում է և նույնիսկ իր անթաքույց արհամարհանքն է արտահայտում միջազգային հանրության հնչեցրած կոչերի վերաբերյալ:
Հորդորում ենք մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին կոչերից զատ նաև հստակ գործողություններով ցույց տալ, որ Ադրբեջանը չի կարող գնալ արցախահայության դեմ նման գործողությունների՝ մնալով անպատիժ:
Ագրեսիան պետք է պատժվի, ուժի և ուժի սպառանալիքի կիրառումը պետք է բացառվի, միայն այդ դեպքում մեր տարածաշրջանում հնարավոր կլինի խոսել կայուն և երկարատև խաղաղության ձեռքբերման մասին: Ադրբեջանն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ապացուցում է, որ Արցախը և արցախցիները որևէ պարագայում չեն կարող խաղաղ գոյատևել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, ուստի արցախցիների՝ իրենց հողում ապրելու իրավունքը անբեկանելի է ու կարիք ունի միջազգային հստակ ամրագրման՝ էթնիկ զտման աղետը արցախահայերի համար կանխելու նպատակով»։
