Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի բուռն արձագանքը՝ Ֆրանսիայի ընդունած բանաձևի վերաբերյալ

2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատում (Ազգային ժողով) ընդունված Ադրբեջանի դեմ ստով և զրպարտությամբ լի բանաձևը Ֆրանսիայի հերթական սադրանքն է Ադրբեջանի դեմ, ինչպես որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Սենատում ընդունված բանաձևը։ Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարության՝ այս բանաձևը նպատակ ունի վնասել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության հաստատման ջանքերին, փոխանցում է ադրբեջանական Minval-ը։
«Այս բանաձևը, որը հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին և սկզբունքներին, ևս մեկ անգամ հստակ ցույց է տալիս Ֆրանսիայի կողմնակալ քաղաքական դիրքորոշումը, որը չի կարող հանդես գալ որպես չեզոք և արդար միջնորդ։
Մասնավորապես, հարկ է նշել, որ բանաձևի լսումների ժամանակ Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը փաստացի պաշտպանել է բանաձևը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է այն մասին, որ այս բանաձևը պաշտպանվում է նաև այս երկրի կառավարության կողմից, որը վերջերս բացահայտորեն քարոզում է հակաադրբեջանական նախաձեռնությունները տարբեր հարթակներում։
Ֆրանսիան, մոտ 25 տարի իր կողմից միջնորդական դեր կատարելու պատրվակով, գնահատական չի տվել Հայաստանի ագրեսիային եւ օկուպացիային՝ դրանով իսկ չձգտելով կարգավորել հակամարտությունը։ Ֆրանսիայի կանխակալության ցուցիչն է այն, որ երբ Ադրբեջանն ինքնուրույն կարգավորեց հակամարտությունը, մեր երկրի դեմ սկսվեց բացահայտ զրպարտչական քարոզչություն, ներկայացվում են մեղադրանքներ։ Վճռականորեն մերժում ենք այդ բանաձեւը, ինչպես նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախաձեռնած մյուս սադրիչ քայլերը, այդ թվում ավելի վաղ այդ երկրի Սենատի ընդունած բանաձևը»,- նշվել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի մեկնաբանությունում։
