rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Ղարաբաղի հարցը «փակող» հաշտության պայմանագիրը Զատուլինն անվանել է Հայաստանի կապիտուլ յացիա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չպետք է փակի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը: Նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։ «Եթե խաղաղության պայմանագիրը նշանակում է փակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայ բնակչության ինքնորոշման, իրավունքների և ազատության հարցը, ապա դա կլինի Հայաստանի կողմից նվաստացուցիչ կապիտուլացիոն պայմանագիր»,- ասել է նա։

Զատուլինը նշել է, որ եթե մենք խոսում ենք խաղաղության պայմանագրի մասին, որը թույլ կտա հաստատել ինչ-որ խաղաղ գործընթաց և չվերսկսել ռազմական գործողությունները տարածաշրջանում, ինչպես եղավ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին, ապա Ռուսաստանը աջակցում է այդ տարբերակին՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայի հետ կապված իրավիճակը։ «Մեր պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը միշտ այսպես է հնչել. մենք կողմ ենք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրին, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը դեռ պետք է քննարկվի և լուծվի, այսինքն՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չի փակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնորոշման մասին հարցերը»,- պարզաբանել է պատգամավորը։ Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ինչինչ պատճառներով այլ հարթակներում չի աջակցում ռուսական առաջարկին, մասնավորապես Վաշինգտոնի հռչակագրում։

Ռուսաստանին մի բան են ասում, իսկ Բրյուսելում և Վաշինգտոնում՝ մեկ այլ բան։ Իհարկե, Վալդայ համաժողովում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ելույթից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլևս չի կարող անհետևանք մերժել Ռուսաստանի առաջարկը, սակայն հայկական կողմը չի պնդում ռուսական տարբերակը կիրառելու անհրաժեշտությունը, նշել է Զատուլինը։ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ապրում են մարդիկ, ովքեր մեղադրում են Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը դավաճանության մեջ, այնտեղ քաղաքական հակառակորդներ են ապրում, այնտեղից են եկել Քոչարյանը, Սարգսյանը և այլն... Իշխանությունները ուզում են դեն նետել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, դա նրանց համար բեռ է։ Կարծում եմ, որ սա է խնդրի արմատը, որը, իհարկե, իրենք հրապարակային չեն ընդունում»,- եզրափակել է պատգամավորը։
