«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ ԶԼՄ-ներում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ հարթ չեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարաբերությունները մասնավորապես Սուրեն Պապիկյանի և Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ։ Կան տեղեկություններ, որ Փաշինյանը մի քանի առիթներով արդեն «շշպռել է» նրանց։ Առիթներն, իմիջիայլոց, եղել են առանձնապես ոչ նշանակալի, ինչից էլ, ըստ քպական մեր աղբյուրների, կարծիք է ձևավորվել, թե «շան գլուխն» այլ տեղ պետք է փնտրել, հնարավոր է՝ պատճառը ներթիմային «մուտիլովկաներն» են, հնարավոր է նաև, որ պատճառը Պապիկյանի ու Ավինյանի աճող վարկանիշն է՝ ի տարբերություն Փաշինյանի՝ անընդհատ նվազող վարկանիշային «ցուցանիշների»:
Մենք արդեն անդրադարձել էինք Ավինյան-Պապիկյան ներքին մրցակցությանը, որոնք ուզում են ամրապնդվել որպես Փաշինյանին փոխարինողի հիմնական թեկնածու՝ նրա մոտալուտ հրաժարականի դեպքում։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյանը, լինելով ճկուն քաղաքական գործիչ, չի կարող այդ ամենը չհաշվարկել, և, ինչպես առիթ ունեցել ենք նշել, հնարավոր է հենց սուր անվստահությունն էլ նրան ստիպեց ընտրվել ՔՊ վարչության նախագահի պաշտոնում: Նախօրեին էլ նա կուսակցությունում իր տեղակալներ նշանակեց Վահագն Ալեքսանյանին և Գևորգ Պապոյանին, որոնք ներկայում համարվում են Փաշինյանի ամենահավատարիմներից։
Ի դեպ, այս նշանակումը ՔՊ-ում շատերը և մասնավորապես Սուրեն Պապիկյանը պարզապես ժպիտով են ընդունել. բանն այն է, որ Պապոյանն ու Ալեքսանյանը ՔՊ թիմում ամենախոցելիներից են թե՛ իրենց «անցյալի» հետ կապված, թե՛ այն առումով, որ ոչ մի «լուրջ» քպականի հետ չունեն, այսպես ասած, տարիների ընկերություն, սակայն անդադար Փաշինյանին հայտնում են իրենց անվերապահ հավատարմությունը՝ հեգնանքի ու ծիծաղի առարկա դառնալով կուսակցության ներսում։ Բայց, ինչպես ասում են ՔՊ-ում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հենց այդ տեսակի մարդիկ են պետք, և հենց նրանց վրա էլ նա, որպես կանոն, հենվում է: Ի դեպ, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրը նշում է, թե Պապիկյանն ու Ավինյանը չեն բացառում որոշակի ճնշումներն իրենց նկատմամբ, ընդհուպ մինչև իրենց ու իրենց հետ փոխկապակցված անձանց գործունեության, եկամուտների և այլնի մասով ստուգումների տեսքով։
