Հայաստանում արևային էլեկտրակայանները զարգանում են, բայց դանդաղ

Հայաստանի էներգետիկ ռազմավարության համաձայն մինչև 2030 թվականը էլեկտրաէներգիայի 15 տոկոսը պետք է արտադրեն արևային կայանները։ Արդեն իսկ Հայաստանում արտադրվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի 9 տոկոսն արտադրվում է արևային կայանների միջոցավ։ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության էներգետիկայի վարչության տվյալներով՝ այս պահին իրականացվում է երկու արդյունաբերական մաշտաբների կայանների կառուցման ծրագրեր, որոնցից մեկը «Մասրիկ 1» 55 մեգավատտ արևային կայանի կառուցումն է։

Շատ ավելի մեծ է «Այգ 1» 200 մեգավատտ հզորությամբ արևային կայանը, որի շինարարությունը նախատեսվում Է ավարտել 2024 թվականին։ Նախարարությունը հիմա նախապատրաստվում է նոր 120 մեգավատտ հզորությամբ արևային կայանների մրցութային փաթեթը։ 36 արևային կայաններ այս պահին գործում են, ևս 27-ը կառուցման փուլում են։ Հայաստանում կատարվող ներդրումներն արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում, արդեն իսկ 400 միլիոն դոլարի է հասնում, ընդհուպ հարկ է նշել, որ Հայաստանում արևային կայանների շինարարությունը գրեթե մեծամասամբ իրականացնում է կամ միջազգային ֆինանսական ընկերությունների, կամ էլ այլ օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների միջոցով։

Մինչդեռ Հայաստանը հնարավորություն ուներ պետական մաշտաբով օժանդակելու արևային կայանների ստեղծմանը, իսկ այդ կայանները կարող էին կառուցել հայկական ընկերությունները՝ ընդհուպ տեխնիկական բոլոր միջոցների տրամադրմամբ։ Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», որը բնականաբար չի կարողանա հասցնել Հայաստանի ամբողջ կարիքները։

Մինչդեռ, բացի մի շարք արևային կայանների կառուցումից և 15 տոկոս էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրման հասնելու հնարավորությունից ուրախանալուց, հարկավոր է մի քանի անգամ ավելի ակտիվացնել ջանքերը և արևային էներգիայի միջոցով ապահովել Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անկախության հաստատումը։
