44-օրյա պատերազմից դեռ ունենք նույնականացված, բայց չհուղարկավորված մարմիններ։ Եվ մենք միացյալ աշխատանք ենք տանում մեր այլ գերատեսչությունների գործընկերների հետ՝ ավարտելու այս պրոցեսը։ Երկրորդ տարին է արդեն լրանում, և մենք քրիստոնեական ծիսակատարություններով պետք է հուղարկավորենք մեր հերոսների մարմինները։ Այս մասին այսօր ՀՀ առողջապահաության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ասաց Գյումրի այցի ընթացքում՝ անդրադառնալով 44-օրյա պատերազմի զոհերի չհուղարկավորված մարմինների խնդրին։
Ըստ Ավանեսյանի՝ մարմինները պարտադիր պիտի հուղարկավորվեն, չեն կարող երկարացնել այդ գործընթացը, որը ձգձգվում է այն պատճառով, որ նույնականացման արդյունքները ծնողների համար ընդունելի չեն եղել։ Ըստ նրա, բարդ հոգեբանական խնդիր է, բայց փորձում են այնպիսի լուծումներ գտնել, որոնք կլինեն հնարավորինս ոչ ցավոտ՝ հաշվի առնելով կողմերի իրավունքներն ու շահերը։
Ըստ Ավանեսյանի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սեպտեմբերի 13-ին սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքով բոլոր զոհերի մարմիններն արդեն նույնականացվել և հուղարկավորվել են, իսկ երկու օր առաջ ադրբեջանական կողմից փոխանցված 13 զինվորների մարմինները կհուղարկավորվեն փորձաքննությունների ընթացքն անցնելուց հետո։
