Վանաձոր քաղաքում ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների և քաղաքացիների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է իրականացվում՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքում ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների և քաղաքացիների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու համար: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 13.45-ին, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Բաղրամյան-Նարեկացի փողոցների խաչմերուկում, «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, չենթարկվելով ոստիկանության աշխատակցի հրահանգներին, ստեղծել է վթարային իրավիճակ ու կայանել մոտակա բենզալցակայանում:

Այնուհետև ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներից մեկը վարչական իրավախախտումն արձանագրելու համար մոտեցել է հիշյալ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդին, սակայն բենզալցակայանի տարածքում գտնվող քաղաքացին  մոտեցել  և խոչընդոտել է ոստիկանության աշխատակցի օրինական գործողություններին: Այդ ընթացքում մոտեցել են նաև այլ քաղաքացիներ, որոնցից մեկը ձեռքով հարվածել և հայհոյել է դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության աշխատակցներից մեկին:

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 15.20-ի սահմաններում, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության այլ աշխատակիցներ ևս, որից հետո մի շարք քաղաքացիներ կրկին դուրս են եկել և վիճաբանել վերջիններիս հետ, իսկ նրանցից մեկը մետաղյա ձողով հարձակվել է ոստիկանության աշխատակցի վրա, որը կանխվել է այլ քաղաքացիների կողմից, իսկ քաղաքացիներից մեկը  հեղուկ է ցողել ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ: Միջադեպի մասնակից 2 քաղաքացի տարբեր ախտորոշումներով տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն:  Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու դրվագ), ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 452-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (երկու դրվագ) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք՝ ինչպես քաղաքացիներ, այնպես էլ պարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Պահանջվել են տեսագրություններ, հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել է կոնկրետ հանձնարարություն: Նկատի ունենալով, որ բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված քաղաքացիների կողմից ներկայացվել է հաղորդում իրենց ծեծի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 450-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 7-րդ կետերով նախաձեռնվել  է ևս մեկ քրեական վարույթը: Նախաքննությունը  շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն կատարելու, դեպքի հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր քննչական և վարութային գործողությունները:
