Մեծ Բրիտանիայում ձվի դեֆիցիտ է

Մեծ Բրիտանիայում հավի ձուն դարձել է բազմաթիվ խափանումների զոհ, որոնք հանգեցրել են այն բանին, որ որոշ խանութների դարակներում ձու չկա, տեղեկացրել է Bloomberg-ը։
Սուպերմարքետները նորմավորում են վաճառքը, հացթուխներն այլընտրանք են մտածում, իսկ ֆերմերները պահանջում են, որ կառավարությունը քայլեր ձեռնարկի։ Բացի անմիջական ներգործությունից, ճգնաժամն ավելի լայն առումով ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան հեշտությամբ կարելի է քանդել մթերային շուկաների կառուցվածքը։
«Այն, ինչ հիմա տեղի է ունենում ձվի շուկայում, կարելի է նույն հաջողությամբ կիրառել մրգերի, ցորենի կամ մսի շուկաներում»,- ասել է Լոնդոն Սիթիի պարենային քաղաքականության պատվավոր պրոֆեսոր Թիմ Լենգը։ «Որոշակի շուկա անդունդի եզրին հասցնելու համար շատ բան պետք չէ։ Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ սա այն է, ինչ մենք տեսնում ենք»։
Պատերազմն Ուկրաինայում հանգեցրել է ցորենի, պարարտանյութերի եւ էներգակիրների, հիմնական գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների գների կտրուկ աճի։
Կերի գների թանկացումը հանգեցրել է ֆերմերների շահույթների կրճատման։ Գումարած թռչնի գրիպի բռնկումները ԱՄՆ-ում եւ Եվրոպայում, ինչն առաջ է բերել ընտանի թռչունների զանգվածային խոտանումներ։ Ձվի գներն անցած ամիս գլխավորել են պարենի գների ցուցակն ԱՄՆ-ում, իսկ Հունգարիայում կառավարությունը սահմանափակում է գները։
Բայց հենց Մեծ Բրիտանիայում են սուպերմարքեթների դարակները դատարկվել ձվից, եւ սպառողներն անհանգստանում են Ծննդյան տոների նախաշեմին։
Ֆերմերներն ասում են, որ քանի որ ծախսերը կտրուկ ավելացել են, դա չի համապատասխանում այն բանին ինչ նրանք ստանում են իրենց արտադրանքի դիմաց։ Բրիտանական ձու արտադրողների ասոցիացիայի անդամների անցկացրած հարցման համաձայն՝ ֆերմերների մեկ երրորդը կամ կրճատում է հավերի գլխաքանակը, կամ կանգնեցնում կամ լիովին փակում է ձվի արտադրությունը։
Գնաճային ճնշումը նույնպես կարող է իր դերն ունենալ՝ գնորդներին ստիպելով հրաժարվել մսից հօգուտ ավելի էժան սպիտակուցի աղբյուրի, ինչպիսին ձուն է։ Ձվի պահանջարկը սոորաբար ավելի բարձր է ձմռանը, հատկապես Սուրբծննդյան շրջանում։
Իսկ գյուղատնտեսությունում հաճախ արագ չեն լուծվում մատակարարումների հետ կապված խնդիրները։ Ֆերմերները չեն կարողանում հավաքման այլ գծեր աշխատեցնել կամ փոխել արտադրության ժամանակացույցը։
