Կրեմլը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է և կշարունակի գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը՝ իր հարթակում հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար, փոխանցում է interfax.ru-ն:
Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե Ռուսաստանը պատրա՞ստ է տրամադրել իր հարթակը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հնարավոր ներկայության պատճառով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հրաժարվել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից, ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը պատասխանել է.«Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն պատրաստ է, այլև մշտապես արձանագրում է իր աշխատանքի շարունակության մասին՝ աջակցելու երկու պետություններին իրավիճակի կարգավորման և խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման հարցում»։
Ի պարզաբանում հարցին, թե արդյոք մոտ ապագայում նախատեսվո՞ւմ է նման հանդիպում ռուսական հարթակում, Կրեմլի խոսնակն ասել է. «Կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում՝ ոչ»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Բրյուսելում նախատեսված հանդիպումը չի կայանա:
«Բրյուսելում հանդիպումը պետք է կայանար դեկտեմբերի 7-ին։ Բայց երեկ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն ինձ տեղեկացրեց, որ իր հետ կապվել են Շառլ Միշելի գրասենյակից և հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաձայնել է հանդիպմանը միայն այն դեպքում, եթե դրան մասնակցի Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնը։ Սա նշանակում է, որ այս հանդիպումը չի կայանա»,- ասել է Ալիևը:
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ «Ֆրանսիան չի կարող մասնակցել խաղաղության գործընթացին»:
«Պրահայում հանդիպումից մեկ շաբաթ էլ չանցած՝ Մակրոնը հարցազրույցում քննադատել է Ադրբեջանին և մեզ մեղադրել մի բանի համար, որը մենք չենք արել։ Դրան հաջորդեց Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի հայտնի բանաձևը, որը բացարձակապես անընդունելի է և վիրավորական։ Հետո եղավ Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի հերթական հակաադրբեջանական բանաձևը, հետո Ֆրանսիայի կողմից Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի միջոցով մեզ վրա հարձակվելու փորձ։ Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ պարզ է, որ Ֆրանսիան չի կարող մասնակցել խաղաղության գործընթացին։ Եվ սա ոչ թե մերն է, այլ նրանց մեղքը, քանի որ ո՛չ ԱՄՆ-ն, ո՛չ Ռուսաստանը երբևէ պաշտոնապես որևէ մեկի կողմը չեն բռնել։ Սա նշանակում է, որ դեկտեմբերի 7-ի հանդիպումը չի կայանա։ Եվ մենք կդիտարկենք այլընտրանքներ: Տեսնենք, թե ով և ինչ հարթակում հանդես կգա որպես միջնորդ»,- ասել է Ալիևը։
