Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, «Հայաստանի գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիա» ՀԿ նախագահին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ապօրինի գույքին տիրանալու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար։

Լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդմամբ՝ նա երգչուհի Սոնա Ռուբենյանի սկեսուրն է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2022 «Հայաստանի գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահի կողմից իր տիրապետությունից դուրս եկած գույքին տիրանալու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ «Հայաստանի գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահը, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, հասարակական կազմակերպության համար 2020 թվականի տարեկան նախահաշվով նախատեսված, ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից հատկացված և իրեն վստահված ընդհանուր 13.007.200 ՀՀ դրամի` չծախսված մասը, ՀՀ պետական բյուջե չվերադարձնելու դիտավորությամբ, հափշտակել է:Մասնավորապես, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահը 2020 թվականի հունվարին ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ կնքել է պայմանագիր, համաձայն որի՝ նախարարությունը «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջնություններին և միջազգային միջոցառումներին մասնակցության ապահովման համար մարզիկների նախապատրաստում և առաջնությունների անցկացում» միջոցառման իրականացման նպատակով ֆեդերացիային հատկացրել է գումար:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ կազմակերպության նախագահին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, որը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետին, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 445-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածին:

Որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է բացակայելու արգելքը:

Որոշում է կայացվել վերջինիս պաշտոնավարումը «ՀՀ գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահի պաշտոնում կասեցնելու մասին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
