Ոչ սթափ վիճակում գտնվող վարորդը պարեկին առաջարկել է կաշառք

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթներով բացահայտվել են վարչական իրավախախտումները չարձանագրելու համար ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներին կաշառք առաջարկելու դեպքեր:
Ինչպես հայտնում են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ պարեկ Գ. Պ.-ն իր երկու ծառայակիցների հետ Երևան քաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում ծառայություն իրականացնելիս կանգնեցրել է Գ. Շ.-ի վարած ավտոմեքենան և ստուգմամբ պարզել, որ տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցը չունի ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր, իսկ վարորդը գտնվում է ոչ սթափ վիճակում` ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ: Վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն չկազմելու դիմաց Գ. Շ.-ն պարեկ Գ. Պ.-ին առաջարկել է 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ, որը վերջինս չի վերցրել` վարորդին զգուշացնելով հնարավոր քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին: Կաշառք առաջարկելուց զերծ մնալու` պարեկի հորդորներից հետո վարորդը գրպանից ևս մեկ 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ է հանել` որպես կաշառք առաջարկելով արդեն 40.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, որից հետո ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության բաժին:
ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված մեկ այլ քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ էլ հիմնավորվել է, որ վարորդ Ռ. Ե.-ն իր կողմից թույլ տրված վարչական իրավախախտումը չարձանագրելու համար դարձյալ կաշառք է առաջարկել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկին:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ պարեկներ Հ. Ա.-ն և Ռ. Մ.-ն Երևանյան խճուղում ծառայություն իրականացնելիս նկատել են «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի առջևի հատվածում տեղադրված են եղել սահմանված չափանիշներին չհամապատասխանող լուսային ազդանշաններ արձակող սարքավորումներ։ Վարորդ Ռ. Ե.-ն իրավախախտումը չարձանագրելու համար պարեկներից մեկին առաջարկել է 2000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, որից անմիջապես հետո ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության բաժին:
Պարեկներին կաշառք առաջարկելու համար վարորդներ Գ. Շ.-ին և Ռ. Ե.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Վերը նշված երկու վարույթների նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Վարույթների նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` դրանք հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
