Կառավարության հերթական նիստին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ երեկ Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովին։

«Տեղյակ եք, որ երեկ տեղի է ունեցել ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովը, որի արդյունքնում, ցավոք, մեզ չի հաջողվել ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ երկու շատ կարևոր փաստաթղթերի շուրջ, բայց ես նաև ուզում եմ ասել, որ տեղի է ունեցել շատ բաց, անկեղծք քննարկում,և այդ երկու փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են լրամշակման»–ասաց Փաշինյնաը, հույս հայտնելով, որ կհասնեն ընդհանուր հայտարարի։

«Չնայած նրան, որ ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդի հռչակագիրը չընդունվեց, այսինքն, մենք չստորագրեցինք հռչակագիրը, սեպտեմբերի 13–ի էսկալացիայի վերաբերյալ ՀԱՊԿ արձագանքի որոշումը չընդունվեց, կրկին մեր չստորագրելու պատճառով, բայց ես էլի ուզում եմ ասել, որ դրական եմ համարում քննարկումը և դրական եմ համարում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ երկկողմ քննարկումները և հույս ունեմ, որ այն պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք արձանագրվեցին, դրանք հնարավորինս արագ կիրականացնենք»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ստորագրել ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի հռչակագիրը:   «ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի հռչակագրի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համատեղ միջոցառումների մասին» նախագիծը բավականաչափ վերջնական տեսքի չի բերվել, և այս տեսքով, ամենայն հարգանքով, ես պատրաստ չեմ ստորագրել այս փաստաթղթերը»,- ասել էր Փաշինյանը։
