Խայտառակության գագաթնակետը․ Ինչ կատարվեց ՀԱՊԿ երեւանյան hավաքին

ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ղեկավարների երեւանյան հավաքին Լավրովի սկանդալը, Լուկաշենկոյի խեղկատակությունն ու Փաշինյանի ողորմելի ելույթը պարզում են հետեւյալ պատկերը․ ի թիվ այլ փաստաթղթերի, պետք է քննարկվեր Հայաստանին «օգնության» ինչ որ փաստաթուղթ եւ հռչակագիր։ Դատելով մամուլ թափանցած կադրերից, ՀԱՊԿ ԱԳ, Պաշտպանության նախարարների եւ ԱԽ քարտուղարների նիստին Լավրովը կանխում է՝ «Պուտինի հարցը օդում մնաց»։ Պուտինն այդ ժամանակ օդում էր։ Առաջարկվում է սպասել ղեկավարների նիստին եւ փաթեթով ստորագրել այդ փաստաթղթերը։
Արդեն ղեկավարների նիստին Փաշինյանի ելույթից ու ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հայտարարությունից պարզվում է, որ դրանք պետք է լրամշակել, քանի որ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվում է ստորագրել։ ՀԱՊԿ-ը, դատելով նրա ելույթից, հրաժարվում է արձագանքել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային եւ դիվանագիտական-քաղաքական մեթոդներով պահանջել հանել զորքը ՀՀ տարածքից։ Այսինքն, Փաշինյանն արձանագրում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը գործում է իր անդամ Հայաստանի դեմ՝ հանուն ոչ անդամ Ադրբեջանի։
Փոխարենը, Լուկաշենկոյի անկեղծություններից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Հայաստանին դեմ է տրվում փաստաթուղթ, որը եթե համաձայնեցվի՝ ըստ Լուկաշենկոյի՝ կհանգեցնի խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության վերջի։ Նիկոլ Վովաեւիչը լռում է, տեսեք, նա համաձայն է, ասում է Լուկաշենկոն, որին, ինչպես անցյալ անգամ, Պուտինը կարգել էր ճշմարտախոս խեղկատակ, անձամբ այդ բաները չասելու համար։
Դատելով Փաշինյանի ելույթից, այդ փաստաթուղթը կազմված է Մոսկվայի ու Բաքվի պահանջների հիման վրա։ Նախօրեին Մոսկվան հայտարարել էր, որ ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան հակամարտությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին չի վերաբերում, իսկ Ալիեւը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում Ադրբեջանն ավելի շատ բարեկամներ ունի, քան Հայաստանը։ Նախօրեին Պուտինը զրուցել էր Ալիեւի հետ, մինչ այդ կնքվել էին Մոսկվա-Բաքու մի շարք ռազմավարական բնույթի փաստաթղթեր։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթում, նվնվոցի ու դժգոհությունների քողի տակ, իրականում թվարկվում են հենց Մոսկվա-Բաքու պահանջները՝ միջանցք, ՀՀ տարածք ներխուժումների ու օկուպացիայի ամրագրում, Արցախի բանակի զինաթափում։
Ինչպես եւ կանխատեսում էինք, ՀԱՊԿ-ը Մոսկվայի համար անփոխարինելի գործիք է իր ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար, եւ դա հստակ արձանագրվեց երեւանյան հավաքին՝ Լուկաշենկոյի անկեղծությամբ, Փաշինյանի՝ «ՀՀ-ում ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության գոտու հաստատման» առաջարկով, Պուտինի չքմեղությամբ եւ Պուտինի գալուստը տենչացող հայերին ցեխին խառնելով։
Այս հավաքի հետեւանքներին դեռ կանդրադառնանք։ Նշենք միայն, ՀԱՊԿ-ին կառչած մնալու հետեւանքները երկար սպասեցնել չեն տա։
