eadaily.com-ը «Վաշինգտոնյան վերլուծաբանները «Հարավային Ադրբեջանով» Բաքվին լարում են Թեհրանի դեմ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ադրբեջանա-իրանական հարաբերությունների ապագան մեծապես կախված է Իրանում հետագա ներքին զարգացումներից։ Այդ մասին ադրբեջանական Report լրատվական գործակալությանը հայտնել է Հադսոնի ինստիտուտի (Վաշինգտոն) ավագ գիտաշխատող Մայքլ Դորանը։ «Իրանի վարչակարգն այժմ ավելի թույլ է, քան երբևէ, իսկ Ադրբեջանը աճող տերություն է: Չգիտեմ, թե որքան շուտ դա տեղի կունենա, բայց «Հարավային Ադրբեջանի» (նկատի ունի Իրանի հյուսիսարևմտյան շրջանները, որտեղ կոմպակտ ապրում են էթնիկ ադրբեջանցիներ) բնակչությունն ավելի սերտ հարաբերություններ կունենա Ադրբեջանի հետ։
Դա լավ կլինի ոչ միայն իրանցի ադրբեջանցիների, ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի, այլ նաև ամբողջ աշխարհի համար»,- ասել է նա՝ կոչ անելով «աղոթել խաղաղության համար և երկու երկրների միջև ապագա սերտ հարաբերությունների համար հույս ունենալ»: Ամերիկյան վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետն անդրադարձել է նաև Իրանի կողմից Ռուսաստանին անօդաչու սարքերի և այլ զինատեսակների մատակարարման հարցին։ Նրա խոսքով, Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմը չի շտապում այդ ամենի պատճառով ստեղծված իրավիճակում ԻԻՀ դեմ նոր պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել։ «ԱՄՆ-ն այս պահին չի ցանկանում սրել իրավիճակը Իրանի հետ։ Բայց Ռուսաստանի հետ Իրանի ռազմական համագործակցությունը անխուսափելի կդարձնի Իրանի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի պատժամիջոցների կիրառումը»,- կարծիք է հայտնել նա։ Իրանը լավ գիտի իր մարտական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի, բալիստիկ հրթիռների արժեքը, քանի որ դա նրան ռազմական առավելություն է տալիս տարածաշրջանում։
Ավելին, շարունակել է Դորանը, դա Իրանին ավելի ուժեղ դիրքերում է դնում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերություններում, քանի դեռ նրա դեմ ռազմական միջոցներ չեն ձեռնարկվել։ «Հավասարակշռությունը կվերականգնվի միայն ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական գործողության դեպքում (Իրանի դեմ)»,- ընդգծել է վերլուծաբանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանա-իրանական հարաբերությունների վերջին «աշնանային սրումը» պայմանավորված էր Իրանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության բավականին կոշտ արձագանքով Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախարար Բենի Գանցի՝ անցյալ ամիս Բաքու կատարած այցին, ինչպես նաև անդրկովկասյան ամենամեծ հանրապետության փորձերին՝ Հայաստանի տարածքով ճեղքել, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» դեպի Նախիջևան։ Բաքվից էլ ձայներ են լսվում, որ Թեհրանը տարածաշրջանային բազմաթիվ հարցերում ոտնահարում է իր հարևանների իրավունքները և կարող է հատել կարմիր գիծը։
