Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) անդամները պետք է որոշեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի կարգավորման գործողությունները։ Այս մասին «Ռոսիա 1» հեռուստաալիքի եթերում հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթի վրա։ 

«Հայաստանի վարչապետը, հենց սկզբում ելույթ ունենալով նեղ ձևաչափով, ասաց, որ բավականին հակված է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ՀԱՊԿ-ի աշխատանքը մեկնաբանել որպես ֆիասկո։ Հայկական կողմի իրավունքն է այսպես գնահատել իրավիճակը: Բայց մյուս կողմից ՀԱՊԿ-ի պահանջն այս իրավիճակում ակնհայտ է»,- ասել է Պեսկովը։

Այս պահին, ըստ նրա, պետք է որոշում կայացվի ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ՝ լարվածությունը թուլացնելու և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև իրավիճակը կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ։

«Այժմ մենք պետք է որոշենք հետագա անելիքները, որպեսզի ՀԱՊԿ-ն օգնի կարգավորել իրավիճակը, նվազեցնել լարվածությունը, խաղաղարար դեր խաղալ և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի համար, և որպեսզի հայկական կողմի համար փարատվեն բոլոր կասկածները»,- նշել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Երևանում անցկացվեց Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) նիստը, որին մասնակցել են բոլոր անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։
