Երուսաղեմում երկու հզոր պայթյուն է որոտացել, կա զոհ և տուժածներ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Kan ռադիոկայանին, միջադեպերը տեղի են ունեցել նոյեմբերի 23-ի առավոտյան տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 07։00-ի սահմաններում։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ պայթյուններից մեկը տեղի է ունեցել ավտոբուսի կանգառի մոտակայքում։ Գործարկվել է պայուսակում պահված պայթուցիկ սարքը։ Ըստ իսրայելական լրատվամիջոցների՝ այն եղել է կանգառի մոտ կայանված սկուտերում։ Առաջին պայթյունից քիչ անց հաղորդում է ստացվել ևս մի պայթյունի մասին, որը տեղի է ունեցել Երուսաղեմի Ռամոտ խաչմերուկում։ Պայթյունների պատճառները պարզվում են
The Jerusalem Post-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս պահին դիտարկվում է միջադեպի մի քանի վարկած։ Ինչպես նշել են ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունում, դրանց թվում է նաև համակցված ահաբեկչության վարկածը։ Հաղորդվում է, որ առաջին պայթյունի հետևանքով վիրավորում է ստացել 11 քաղաքացի, երկրորդի հետևանքով՝ 3։ Դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են ոստիկանության ուժերը։
Ավելի ուշ հաղորդվել է վիրավորներից մեկի մահվան մասին։ Վերջին տվյալներով՝ վիրավորների թիվը հասել է 18-ի, որոնցից երկուսի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր։
