Հայաստանի շտապբուժօգնության պարկը համալրվել է 39 նոր ժամանակակից ավտոմեքենաներով: Շտապբուժօգնության նոր մեքենաները Հայաստանին է նվիրաբերել Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը:

Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի բակում շտապօգնության նոր մեքենաների հանձնման արարողությանը ներկա էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ներկա էին նաև Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը,  Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մասանորի Ֆուկուշիման և այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք:

Ինչպես երևում է՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների մոտ փիառվելու առիթների սուր ճգնաժամ է ի հայտ եկել, հակառակ դեպքում, դժվար թե, մեկ մեքենայի հետ նկարվելու համար միմյանց գլխի միանգամից չորս պաշտոնյա ժողովվեին: Ուշագրավ է, որ Արսեն Թորոսյանը ժամանել էր իբրև նախկին նախարար և փորձում էր ցույց տալ, իբրև թե ձեռքը դեռևս պահում է ոլորտի զարկերակին: Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, ով պարբերաբար հայտնվում է սկանդալների կիզակետում, միանշանակ ներկայացել էր որպես ոլորտի ղեկավար, Տիգրան Ավինյանի համար սա, կարծես թե, նախընտրական արշավի հերթական արարն է և նա առիթը բաց չի թողել այստեղ էլ երևալ, դե իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ ամեն բան պարզ է․ նա այնքան վաղուց նման առիթների մասնակից չի եղել, որ սա պարզապես լավ հնարավորություն էր, ինչպես ասում են, մարդամեջ դուրս գալու համար:

Ստացվում է՝ փիառվելու առիթներն այն աստիճան են քչացել, որ ՔՊ-ականները արդեն փիառվում են խմբերով և ամեն մեկը փորձում է իր համար քաղաքական թեկուզ մի փոքր, բայց դիվիդենտ ստանալ..
