ԱՄՆ-ը շատ բան Է արել Ուկրաինային ձմռանը մարտական գործողություններին պատրաստելու համար եւ դաշնակիցների հետ կշարունակի Կիեւին օգնություն ցույց տալ այնքան, որքան պահանջվի: Այդ մասին, ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցմամբ, նոյեմբերի 21-ին հայտարարել Է Պենտագոնի ղեկավար Լլոյդ Օսթինը Ջակարտայում Ինդոնեզիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Փրաբովո Սուբինանթոյի հետ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում: Հեռարձակումը կատարվում Է Միացյալ Նահանգների ռազմական գերատեսչության կայքում:

«Մենք Ուկրաինային տրամադրել ենք ավելի քան 20 միլիարդ դոլարի օգնություն: Մենք կշարունակենք աջակցել Ուկրաինային այնքան, որքան պահանջվի,- ասել Է Օսթինը:- Դուք գիտեք, որ դրանք միջազգային ջանքեր են: Ես ամեն ամիս Ուկրանիայի խնդրով շփման խմբի հանդիպումներ եմ անցկացնում ոչ միայն ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների, այլեւ աշխարհի այլ երկրների նախարարների հետ: Ամենաառաջին հանդիպումից նրանք շատ հանձնառու Էին Ուկրաինային տրամադրելու այնքան օգնություն, որքան մենք կարող ենք տրամադրել, որքան պահանջվի»:

«Ինչ վերաբերում Է ձմռանը, ապա մենք շատ բան ենք արել՝ ջանալու համար պատրաստելու ուկրաինացիներին եւ նրանց համար թեթեւացնելու ճնշման գործադրման շարունակումը հակառակորդների վրա ձմռան ամիսների ընթացքում,- հավաստել Է Պենտագոնի ղեկավարը:- Ես կարծում եմ, որ նրանք ավելի լավ վիճակում կլինեն, քան հակառակորդները, այն բաների պատճառով, որոնք մենք տրամադրում ենք»:
