Ուկրաինական հակամարտության ֆոնին ՌԴ քաղաքացիների մեծ ներհոսքի շնորհիվ Հայաստանը ՀՆԱ-ի աճով առաջ է անցել ԱՊՀ մյուս բոլոր երկրներից։ ՀՀ-ի տնտեսական աճն այս տարի կարող է հասնել 14%-ի՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ նախնական կանխատեսումներով այն կազմելու էր 5%, գրում է հեղինակավոր Forbes ամսագիրը՝ հղում անելով Renaissance Capital ներդրումային ընկերության ուսումնասիրությանը։

Ինչպես նշում է Renaissance Capital-ի՝ Ռուսաստանի և ԱՊՀ-ի հարցերով գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Սոֆյա Դոնեցը, ուկրաինական հակամարտության արդյունքում Հայաստանը դարձել է ռուսների ներհոսքի գլխավոր բենեֆիցիարը։ Վերլուծաբանը ենթադրում է, որ, չնայած նախնական 5% կանխատեսումներին, երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի աճն այս տարի կհասնի մինչև 14%-ի։

ՀՆԱ-ի տարեկան աճի կանխատեսումների բարելավման վրա կազդի ՏՏ ոլորտի բարձր որակավորում ունեցող ռուս մասնագետների ներհոսքը ՀՀ, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, տնտեսության այլ ճյուղերը ևս կարող են շահել, պնդում է Սոֆյա Դոնեցը:

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ ՏՏ ոլորտն այժմ ՀՆԱ-ի առումով այնքան էլ մեծ չէ, բայց պետությունը նպաստում է ՀՀ տեղափոխվող ՏՏ մասնագետների կամ բիզնեսի տեղայնացմանը, ինչը ձեռնտու է երկրի տնտեսությանը։ Այս ոլորտում մենք կդիտարկենք երկնիշ աճ։ Հյուրանոցային, ռեստորանային, սպասարկման և առևտրի ոլորտները ներկա պահին մինչև 30 տոկոս աճ են գրանցել»,- եզրափակել է նա։
