Պեմզաշենում սպանության գործով 32-ամյա կալանավորվածը կարող է անմեղսունակ ճանաչվել ու խուսափել պատժից

Պեմզաշենում մոր և երկու երեխաների առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանության գործով կալանավորված 32-ամյա Վրույր Բարսեղյանը կարող է անմեղսունակ ճանաչվել ու խուսափել պատժի կրումից։ Նման մտավախություն հայտնող հոդված է հրապարակել «Փաստինֆոն»։
Լրատվամիջոցն ավելի վաղ անդրադարձել է այս հարցին՝ ուշադրություն հրավիրելով այն հանգամանքին, որ քննչական կոմիտեն շտապել է նրա հոգեկան հիվանդ լինելը որպես հաստատված հանգամանք նշել՝ առանց փորձաքննության, քանի որ երկու օրվա մեջ անհնար էր նման փորձաքննության անցկացումը։
«ՔԿ-ն գրեթե ամբողջ մեղքը վերագրել է 32-ամյա Վրույր Բարսեղյանին, ապա շտապել նշել, որ Վրույր Բարսեղյանն ունի «անձի էմոցիոնալ խանգարում՝ սուիցիդալ մտքերով» հոգեկան հիվանդությունը»,–գրում է կայքը` նշելով, որ դա մտահոգիչ է այնքանով, որ կարող են հիմքեր ստեղծվել նման ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվողի անմեղսունակության համար։
Վրույր Բարսեղյանի փաստաբան Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը լրատվամիջոցի հետ զրույցում շատ հավանական է համարել նման փորձաքննության նշանակումը։
«Պաշտպանը չբացառեց, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրենք կմիջնորդեն՝ նշանակել փորձաքննությունը, սակայն գտնում է, որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չի լինի, քանի որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն իր նախաձեռնությամբ կնշանակի համապատասխան փորձաքննությունը»,–գրում է կայքը։
Վրույր Բարսեղյանի մասնակցությամբ որևէ գործողություն այս ընթացքում դեռևս տեղի չի ունեցել, միակ գործողությունը ինքնախոստովական ցուցմունք տալն էր։
Գործի վերաբերյալ այլ մանրամասներ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը չի հայտնել։
Հիշեցնենք` Պեմզաշեն գյուղի 31-ամյա բնակչի ու նրա 12 և 8 տարեկան երեխաների դիերը նոյեմբերի 9-ին հայտնաբերվել էին սեփական տան ննջասենյակում։ Սպանված կնոջ ձեռքերն ու երեխաներից մեկի ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը կապված էին եղել։
Փաստի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանությունը), ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով (անչափահասի սպանություն)։ Ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել էր պեմզաշենի երկու բնակչի։
Պեմզաշենում զարհուրելի սպանությունների մեջ մեղադրվողն արդեն խոստովանական ցուցմունք է տվել, որն այսօր հրապարակել է ոստիկանությունը։
