tsargrad.tv-ն «Իլոն Մասկի արբանյակային ինտերնետը կարող է հայտնվել Հայաստանում, եթե չլինեն երկու «բայց»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ «Հայաստանի ինտերնետ համայնք» կազմակերպության փոխնախագահ Գրիգոր Սաքիյանը հայտարարել է, որ մասնագիտական հանրությունը քննարկում է Starlink արբանյակային ինտերնետը երկրում ներդնելու հնարավորության մասին։ Նա ասել է, որ նման փորձ արդեն կա Հարավային Կովկասում։ Օրինակ՝ միլիարդատեր Իլոն Մասկի Starlink-ն արդեն դուստր ձեռնարկություն է բացել Վրաստանում։ Հայաստանի նման երկրի համար, փորձագետի կարծիքով, ընկերություն բացելը շատ ավելի տեղին կլիներ։ Բանն այն է, որ միջազգային ինտերնետի ցամաքային կապուղիները սահմանափակ են։

Ինչու՞ է արբանյակային ինտերնետն ավելի լավ: Մասնագետը վստահեցրել է, որ պետության ներսում ցամաքային կայանները կարող են հնարավորություն տալ երկրի բոլոր կետերում ձեռք բերել կապի նույն արագությունը։ Այսինքն, ռելիեֆն այլևս էական նշանակություն չի ունենա, ինչն իսկապես արդիական ու կարևոր է Հայաստանի համար։ Որպեսզի նման համակարգն աշխատի, պետք է ստեղծվի վերգետնյա կայանների ցանց։ Նրանք իրենց հերթին ազդանշաններ կստանան արբանյակներից և կուղարկեն այն սերվերներին, որտեղ տեղակայվելու են կայքերը։ Բայց այս հարցում խնդիրներ կան։ Փորձագետը խոսել է նաև դրանց մասին:

Եթե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պաշտոնապես համաձայնեն արբանյակային համակարգի ներդրմանը, ապա որոշ հարցեր պետք է լուծվեն։ Առաջին խնդիրը նա անվանել է տեխնիկական: Նման որոշում կայացնելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ կլինի ռադիոհաճախականություններ հատկացնել ազդանշանի ընդունումն ու փոխանցումը կարգավորելու համար։ Երկրորդ խնդիրը, որը պետք է լուծվի, քաղաքական է, և դա այն է, որ նման համակարգում ազգային կարգավորիչները չեն կարողանա ակտիվացնել ֆիլտրերը անցանկալի ռեսուրսների արգելափակման համար:
