Այսօր ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին N 1236-Ա որոշմամբ ստեղծված գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի առաջին նիստը:

Նախքան օրակարգի հարցերին անցնելը բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել հանձնաժողովի նախագահ՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանը:

Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Ա.Աբազյանը ներկայացրել է նոր ձևավորված հանձնաժողովի խնդիրները և հույս հայտնել, որ հանձնաժողովի վերանայված կազմն ու գործառույթները թույլ կտան առավել համակարգված և փոխհամաձայնեցված եղանակով իրականացնել գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած անձանց որոնողական և վերադարձնելու աշխատանքները:

Այնուհետև տեղի է ունեցել գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար դիմում ներկայացրած հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ընտրություն:

Դիմում ներկայացրած կազմակերպություններից ընտրվեցին երեքը՝ «Լույսի ճրագ» իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, «Միջազգային և համեմատական իրավունքի կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, Իրավունքի և արդարության կենտրոն «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը:  

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կողմից հանձնաժողովի անդամներին տրվել են կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ: Հանձնաժողովը որոշել է հաջորդ նիստը գումարել 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ին և օրակարգում ընդգրկել հարցեր՝ ըստ տրված հանձնարարականների:
