ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նոյեմբերի 15-ին ընդունել է ԵՄ և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների Արևելյան գործընկերության հարցերով հատուկ բանագնացների պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԽ գրասենյակից, Արմեն Գրիգորյանը ողջունել է պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան և բարձր գնահատել ժողովրդավարական արժեքների վրա հիմնված ՀՀ-ԵՄ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների հետ առանձին երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման ընթացքը: Քարտուղարը նաև վստահություն է հայտնել, որ բազմոլորտ համագործակցությունն ունի հնարավորություն ներառելու նաև անվտանգության ոլորտը: Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է ԵՄ դիտորդական կարողությունների առաքելության ներուժը՝ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ամրապնդման համատեքստում:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ԱԽ քարտուղարը պատասխանել է բանագնացների հարցերին՝ ներկայացրելով հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցային գործընթացի, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական կապերի ու տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման ու սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության գործընթացների որոշ մանրամասներ:
