ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ երկու անձի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

ՔԿ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նախնական տվյալներով, 2022թ․նոյեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Փարաքար համայնքի Պտղունք բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող ռեստորանային համալիրի  տարածքում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել նույն մարզի 41 և 37-ամյա բնակիչների միջև: Քիչ անց 41-ամյա տղամարդը ավտոմեքենայով դարանակալելով 37-ամյա տղամարդուն, իրեն պատկանող 12 մմ տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանով կրակոցներ է  արձակել վերջինիս  կողմից վարվող  ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ, որում գտնվել է մեկ ուղևոր, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չի կարողացել հանցանքն ավարտին հասցնել, քանի որ տղամարդը ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 3 կրակված 12մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ, վերցվել է տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունը: Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ:

37-ամյա տղամարդը և վերջինիս ուղևորը ճանաչվել են տուժող ու հարցաքննվել:

Նույն օրը 41-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով: Վերջինս ներկայացրել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող հրացանը:
